Inside, the home is comfortable and inviting. The living room features a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, creating a space to unwind after a day exploring the mountains. The galley-style kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a convenient breakfast counter for casual meals.
Both bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, each with their own en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Both bedrooms feature a king bed and flat-screen TV, making it ideal for couples or small groups traveling together.
Whether you're here for hiking, relaxing by the water, or simply enjoying the quiet of the mountains, Branding Iron offers a setting that makes it easy to slow down and stay awhile.
Guests can use the kayaks at the lake by the Chinquapin Trading Post, catch and release fishing, driving range, hiking trails available. Maps can be obtained at The Trading Post. HOA does not allow to bring motorcycles, ATVs or UTVs into the community.
Chinquapin amenities include monthly outpost summer social events (food, music), Putt Putt course, 18 hole Frisby Golf, Driving range, Pickle Ball courts, Horseshoe pit, and on premises 23 miles of hiking trails, 6 waterfalls, and guests can rent electric bicycles to ride around the community!
Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
