Branding Iron is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Chinquapin, located 12 minutes from Cashiers Crossroads and 6 minutes from Panthertown Valley. The living room has a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. The galley style kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and stainless steel appliances and a 2 top breakfast counter joins to the kitchen countertop. The primary bedroom has a king bed and flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The back porch overlooks the lake and fire pit.
Guests can use the kayaks at the lake by The Trading Post, fish catch and release, driving range, hiking trails. There are maps at The Trading Post. HOA does not allow to bring motorcycles, ATVs or UTVs into the community.
Chinquapin amenities include monthly outpost summer social events (food, music), Putt Putt course, 18 hole Frisby Golf, Driving range, Pickle Ball courts, Horseshoe pit, and on premises 23 miles of hiking trails, 6 waterfalls, and guests can rent electric bicycles to ride around the community!
Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
