Cedar High is a beautiful mountain retreat that offers breathtaking views of Cow Rock and Bald Rock Mountain from nearly every corner. Nestled in serene seclusion, yet conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Cashiers and the famed trails of Panthertown Valley, often referred to as the 'Yosemite of the East.' This remarkable home is perched at an elevation of 3,700 feet, situated at the end of a tranquil road, enveloped by 10 acres of natural beauty.

As you step inside, you're welcomed into an inviting open living space adorned with a stone wood-burning fireplace. The dining area features a charming round table with seating for 5, complemented by a breakfast bar that accommodates 2. The well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a classic drip coffee maker, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.

The main floor is graced by a king master bedroom that has an en-suite master bath complete with a walk-in shower and tub for your comfort and relaxation. Upstairs, you'll discover two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom pampers you with a king bed, while the second guest bedroom offers a queen bed, a twin bed, and a sleeper sofa. Each of these bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

Please note that there are exterior cameras installed around the property, although none are positioned to capture the interior of the house, ensuring your privacy during your stay.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
