Enjoy your morning coffee with a view in Estero Island Beach Villas! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open concept condo is located on the popular northern tip of the island. Immediately walking through the front door, you will become mesmerized by the picturesque views coming from almost every angle of the Gulf waters, beach, and pool area! This second-level living has beautifully tiled floors throughout, which pave the way to many updated features and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has 2 double beds, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or grill out at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! Pool was resurfaced in August 2025.

What a beautiful place and perfect location for a little getaway! Great views of the beach which was just steps from our front door, close to restaurants and shops. We loved our daily walks on the beach, and were so grateful to have beach chairs available to use! We enjoyed sipping our coffee and listening to the waves on the lanai each morning. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break Trip

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach! The condo was great and had everything we needed. There were a couple bonuses like a beach chair and enough beach towels for 6. It would be helpful to have some info on the shuttle and good and bad times to drive in and out of the island. We would visit again!

Great location!

This is a corner unit with great views. Fortunately a busy resort hotel is located at the opposite end of the building. The unit is well equipped and clean. Suggested improvement: replacement of all the mattresses for more comfortable ones.

Beautiful beach! Beautiful views! Nice pool! Great screened porch! Easy walk to great shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable accommodations. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 stars only because of slightly dated decor, but we were rarely in condo because the weather was so perfect.

Ft Myer get away

Great location on the beach. Short walk to restaurants and entertainment district. The condo was clean. It’s a little dated and could use an update and some maintenance ( several electrical outlets didn’t work shower didn’t drain well) had to stand in 3 inches of water while showering. The bed in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. The property management was informative and quick to respond to questions.

Great Stay with infinity ice

The unit we had worked great. No issues. One could tell it’s a rental base on the appearance of some of the furnishings. Unit was very functional and clean. I would stay in the unit again. Ice machine in freezer is stuck in the ON position. We had plenty of ice at the ready.

This is a second floor (of seven floors) corner unit. Appreciated the extra windows. Unit is next to pool, which is good or bad, depending. A couple minor issues that were quickly resolved upon request - great communication by host mgt co. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards readily available. Construction and beach recovery efforts due to recent hurricane(s) are apparent but not a deal breaker. Wonderful trip, overall!

The apartment was spacious, didn’t lack anything and it was in a great location as it had amazing views. The check in and out was easy. In the area are still present the damages that hurricane Ian left behind and this is the only negative note as going out and seeing drowned boats, destroyed property is not a sight for vacation.

Great condo, spacious & bright

Very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's bright, fantastic beachfront view off the screened in porch, and spacious. If you want to stay in a quiet place but still close to the town's activities/restaurants, this is a perfect spot. The unit had 3-4 beach chairs & an umbrella (not sure if they were just left from previous renters, but they were helpful!), and some beach toys. In addition, the management company (Coastal Vacations) did an excellent job with communication/instructions - hands down the best communication I've had with any rental agency. Instructions/directions were clear & timely - no digging through your email to find what you need.Ft Myers still recovering from the latest hurricane, but much of it is rebuilt/rebuilding and life has returned to the area.

Very nice condo

This is a very nice end unit condo. The only negatives were the water pressure in the 2nd bathroom and no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. Also, this condo will hold six people. We only had two, but if you have 4 or six there is not enough seating on the balcony. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay here

Nice getaway

First, the property is exactly as described and pictured. It was on the second floor, directly above the beach access and at the end of the building. This made it relatively quiet and very accessible with a good view. Everything needed was available and the rooms were comfortable. The fact that it was on the north end of the island, close enough to town, but away from the action, was a plus for us. We would consider this property again.
