"The Pearl is the Queen of Gems" per Grace Kelly.



Pearl Bear is conveniently located between the Ruby Bear and Sapphire Bear

cabins, great for families or groups wishing to have separate sleeping

facilities. All three cabins are within walking distance to spring fed lakes

where you can catch and release fish or feed the turtles.



If you are into nature walks or hiking, then adventure out on the 140 acres

and it's mountain and field trails.



Of course there is a fully equipped kitchen, with all of the pots, pans,

dishes and more ready for you to cook up a mouthwatering meal. There is a TV

in the living room for your enjoyment. Lay yourself back in the sofa reclainer

and enjoy the gas fireplace or entertain on the deck while taking in it's

scenic views.



Looking for someplace large enough for a family reunion or business get-to-

gether? There are 5 additional cabins located on the property (Parkland, Grand

View, Diamond Bear, Ruby Bear and Sapphire Bear). If you choose to have full

seclusion of this property and rent all 6 cabins, they will sleep up to a

total of 40 people.



Dog Friendly. Our non-refundable Pet Fee is:

One Dog: $50.00 + $7.12 tax = $57.12 total

Two Dogs: $75.00 + $10.69 Tax = $85.69 total

People need to be told how far up this is. Extremely difficult.

The beds were so uncomfortable that we left 2 days early! This place is so far from anything, it took the fun out of going for dinner, shopping, etc.. There was dust, dirt, dog hair and popcorn under the couch that had not been cleaned up. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to a nice relaxing vacation.

Nice and Quiet

We rented this rental during our move to Knoxville from FL. We had 2 dogs with us. This was a perfect location for them as well. Very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend and stay again as well!!!

Beautiful property, feels like your own private park

Lovely, new and very comfortable cabin. Set on acreage with other cabins, there is lots of room to walk and explore. It feels like a park with ponds and benches and paths to wander. A great getaway to de-stress and have a change of scenery!
