Grandview is a "true log cabin" we call a manor home, with lovely 360 degree

mountain views from the huge deck, where you will find a gourmet gas grill,

table and chairs for your outdoor entertainment.



You won't be crowded, to be sure with 3 Queen Bedrooms on the Main floor and 2

Queen Bedrooms on the lower level. You will love the open concept of the

upscale eat-in kitchen, living and dining rooms. There are 2 plasma TV's with

DVD's: 1 on the main floor and 1 downstairs. The gas fireplace is in the

living room, and a regulation size pool table can be found downstairs

adjoining the other TV room.



Fresh spring water piped into the mountain cabin is a real taste treat. Try a

glass; you'll love it. A short distance down the mountain you will find 2 man-

made Spring-fed lakes stocked with large catfish, bass and trout for your

catch-and-release fishing experience. No fishing license required on private

lands. Or, feed the ducks, jumbo goldfish and turtles. Or, just hike the miles

of trails around the lakes, through the open fields and mountains on the 140+

acre estate. Take in the abundant flora and fauna!



Looking for someplace large enough for a family reunion or business get-to-

gether? There are 5 additional cabins located on the property (Parkland,

Diamond Bear, Ruby Bear, Pearl Bear and Sapphire Bear). If you choose to have

full seclusion of this property and rent all 6 cabins, they will sleep up to a

total of 40 people.



Dog Friendly: Our non-refundable Pet Fee is:

One Dog: $50.00 + $7.12 tax = $57.12 total

Two Dogs: $75.00 + $10.69 Tax = $85.69 total
