We had an amazing time. Enjoyed the fenced area with green space, sand, grills and deck. Loved the close access to the beach. Pool was a great break from the beach. LeeAnn in the office was super friendly and was willing to help in any way.

Great working trip to Florida

There were some difficulties getting access due to the fact that an admin assistant had booked the condo but wasn't staying there. We were arriving late without her ID/card which didn't fit the procedures of TRS but, apart from that stressful start, we had a great stay. The condo is well-looked after and in a great spot. We had a lovely stay

Office staff (Leanne) was wonderful! Check-in/out easy. View was awesome from master bedroom. Parking space was easy in/out. Pool water was perfect temperature. Quiet after 11:00pm on a weekend. Close to great restaurants and steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Saw many sea birds and dolphin.

Great location but...

The property overall was good, check-in was a breeze, the building was quiet, the office person was very nice, however, the unit needs a deep cleaning. Blankets and comforters were dirty, baseboards, window sills, carpets and rugs, grout, appliances...all really dirty. We stayed here for the location but I would not stay in this unit again.
