Nice property but watch out for the roads.
Nice house in a nice neighboorhood. The roads are the steepest I have ever seen in my life and are quite dangerous and I live in Alaska. You can not park in the property unless you have 4 wheel drive. You contstantly have to worry you will get in an accident when driving to or leaving the property. The deadbolt did not work so I had to lock us in from the outside in the front and then climb up the outside of the back deck at night and then jump off the back deck. I almost broke my ankle one morning. The phone did not work and the internet distance was very limited and went out several times. The washing machine does not work at all. The back deck is small but nice. The carekeepers are very nice and helpful.

A great little cabin in the woods, surrounded by nature
The house is great and has just about everything you need for a short to medium stay. The little place looked after us for 3 months and we thoroughly enjoyed it, especially sitting on the back deck with a glass of wine, in the rocking chairs. A lovely place...

Great , private little house in the hills
This is a really nice little house that has a private and safe feel. You can enjoy the proximity of Montezuma with a peaceful setting just up the hill from the town and near the falls. Great for couples or a family. By the way we were most impressed by the property manager Leanne and the owners. They all really good people and it shows their property. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone!

Comfortable, practical and beautiful.
Conveniently located, only 10 minute drive from Montezuma this casa worked out well for my husband, our 15 and 19 year old son and daughter and myself. The casa is comfortable with a practical kitchen and a beautiful shower. We enjoyed watching the butterflies and listening to the monkeys from the deck.

Perfect little mountain side house!
This place was all we had hoped it would be. The house itself is perfect and has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The mountain breeze that blows through the house is perfect for cooling you down from the Costa Rica heat. We love Montezuma and Cabuya. We come yearly and plan to continue the tradition. We will surely stay at No Snow Casa again!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Can't Wait to go Back
Wow, what an experience. This place was everything it claimed to be and more! We enjoyed the local restaurants but also fixed a handful of meals at the Casa. We grilled out chicken one evening. One night the power went out, because the power company was updating the lines, and we found candles for a quaint evening. The owners have thought of everything, incuding WiFi and a washing machine. We enjoyed the Zipline, Waterfall, and Snorkel tours that they recommended in an activities notebook. We also watched the turtles get released from the hatchery 3 afternoons. (That was an amazing site) We met "Charles". He really likes bananas but I think he liked the mangos the best! We have already recommended this place to our friends and family and can't wait to go back!

I just Love the peace and quiet
This was our first trip to Costa Rica during the rainy season and it did not disappoint. I would certainly suggest a 4-wheel-drive vehicle as the roads can be a bit slippery.
No Snow Casa was perfect! Everything was so green, the flowers on all the bushes were blooming and attracting butterflies and humming birds. It was fun to pick limons off the tree in the yard for our drinks, fresh & juicy! We even found a star fruit on one of the trees.
There was a fun critter that showed up every day. It looked like a long nosed raccoon, I think they called it a Pisoti? We called him Charles. He really liked our selection of fruit and he came right up to us for his treats.
The neighborhood is fantastic and we even met several of the neighbors who were quick to make us feel right at home. We walked to a couple of waterfalls, one just up stream from the narrow yellow bridge, and one the other direction in the development.
We loved all the natural woodwork, the rocking chairs, the awesome shower, and the tranquility.
Oh, Montezuma is outstanding too!!

Wonderful experience at "No Snow" casa
Our family of 4 was blown away by the charm and care of this quaint little home just outside of town. It was like having our own little cottage in the forest with iguanas and howlers as our only neighbours! The tips found in the little welcome book was so thoughtful and informative and the shower was out of this world complete with music and lights! definitely a highlight of our trip! it was a glorious way to end 2013 and start 2014! Can't wait to come back!

Amazing place, the title is right!
We loved this place! We have been to Montezuma several times, and will be back to stay here! It's just a few minute drive up the hill near the main waterfall and only one other house in site, so it's very quiet, just a few cars as well (unlike the busy hwy. if you stay down in Montezuma!) We knew we would have a car anyway, so not a big deal to drive where we wanted to go. It had everything we needed, full kitchen with anything you might need including spices, and was very clean upon arrival. We sat every morning and listened to the howlers, saw them outside the windows one morning, as well as numerous colorful butterflies, hummingbirds, iguanas, and coati. We spent at least an hour one morning watching a coati eat some ripening plantains from the plant in front of the house. And behind all that, you can see the ocean from the patio as well, so we drank our coffee, made breakfast and enjoyed the surroundings. We ate dinners out mostly, at our favorites, Tierra Y Fuego, Playa de Las Artistas, Puggo's, and the Bakery in Cabuya, and the French bakery in Cobano. We traveled around a bit this trip to beaches in Montezuma as well as on the Pacific side of the peninsula, a short drive but completely different beaches. That's one of the things we love about this area, that there are so many beaches, tidepools, and places to explore. We were told of 2 local waterfalls in Delicias that we hiked to, one just a short walk down the hill from the house, and one up just a ways from the house. Both were amazing, and we were the only ones there! The owners have left a booklet full of information for all guests to use with their favorite places, favorite dishes to try at restaurants, when and where the fruit market is, where to get groceries, local waterfall info, etc., etc. Very helpful! The shower is very unique; it has a fold down chair that you can sit and massage your back, and there are also jets that you can back up to and massage your calves......we used it a couple times after long days of hiking. Noa, the property manager, is wonderful, and has been in property management for a while with a few other houses so even though this is a new rental, the management is experienced, friendly, and prompt. We highly recommend this place and will be back for sure! No Snow! (when you go, you'll understand that!)
