King’s Creek offers the charm of a village with the enjoyment of up-scale vacationing. Within the gated community, the fun begins with many on-site amenities including multiple swimming pools, plus a year-round indoor aquatic center, jetted pools, saunas, large workout room, tennis courts, playgrounds, jogging trail, barbecue grills, miniature golf, basketball court and picnic areas that dot the rolling hills of woodlands blending with beautiful landscaping. You will be minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA. Enjoy the fresh air and the great outdoors. You can also enjoy the beautiful beaches of Virginia during your stay.

ACCOMMODATION COMBINATIONS
The One Bedroom Cottage can be used as a lockout and is ideal for couples. It sleeps 2-4 people. The Two Bedroom Cottage sleeps 4 to 6 persons with the included sofa bed. The Three Bedroom Cottage sleeps 6 to 10 persons with two included sofa beds.

COTTAGE AMENITIES
The Cottage features include pillow top mattresses, 3 ½ bathrooms equipped with towels and a hairdryer, gas log fireplaces (two- or three-bedroom only), in-suite washer / dryer, jetted tubs (one- or three- bedroom only), available
Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV with DVD player in living room, TVs in all bedrooms, private decks and patios with chairs and/or rockers and barbecue grills throughout.

The Cottages kitchens include all cooking utensils and cookware, full-size refrigerator and electric range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Small amenities include linens, ironing board and iron, clock radio, phones and a vacuum sweeper.

Perfect retreat

Quiet resort right next to the water park was perfect for my family and I. The owner was excellent with communication and incredibly kind! The unit was large and was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Girl Scout Trip

From the beginning, Cheri and Bill were extremely accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. The units we rented were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Location Location Location - you can't get any closer to Busch Gardens and Water Country. And when we were all tuckered out, the resort's pool was perfect for swimming and lounging. Highly recommend this rental and these hosts!

I love traveling and experiencing new adventures. Williamsburg is one of my favorite places. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and fell in love with the area. As a military family, we have had the opportunity to travel and be stationed at numerous Naval facilities around the world. Our final duty station was Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. Williamsburg and its surrounding area became our favorite place to spend time with our family.

We visited King's Creek Plantation and feel in love with the charm and village atmosphere. During our travels in Germany, we enjoyed the picturesque cottages dotting the landscape and wanted to own a private vacation cottage for our family.

During the summer season, beach lovers have a perfect opportunity for swimming, sunbathing, walking, running and other fun activities. There are also opportunities for bike riding, horseback riding and hiking.

One of the main things that make this vacation experience unique is the 4th of July celebration in Colonial Williamsburg. This is prime time to visit Williamsburg. Where better to celebrate the birth of America than historic Colonial Williamsburg. There is a whole calendar of fun events happening, including the reading of the Declaration of Independence, historical reenactments, the Lights of Freedom 18th century fireworks show at the Palace Green, and much more.
