This spacious, bright beach house offers open plan living downstairs with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, toilet, massive private deck looking onto old winery and a beautiful smaller front deck to capture morning sun.

Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a family sitting room. Bikes and a kayak are stored in the lock up garage for your use.

Ensure all windows and doors are locked upon departure, including the internal door between the garage and laundry.

From the get go Kristy was quick in responding to our request and prompt in communication. The house is spacious and airy with plenty of space for the whole family. It is well equipped and clean with comfy beds. We enjoyed a comfortable stay and will recommend it.

Hawley Beach town house

2 nights away with 3 couples - we had ample room and the convenience of being walking distance to Hawley House where we were attending a wedding. Close to shops, beach and quiet and peaceful lay out. With the bonus of horses over the back fence - we had an excellent time. The host was prompt with messaging and promptly attended after we locked ourselves out.

Great Location near beaches and daily visits from animals

great house for a family of 4 adults to stay lots of space to spread out in house Minutes from the beach easy to supermarket quiet road and bushland behind allowed for daily visit from birds and wallabies over back fence exactly as described, 3 townhouse at end of lane so no traffic driving past, close to neighbours but cannot hear them during our stay so no issue at all would recommend

Better than the pictures!

Lovely accommodation in a spot in walking distance from the beach although not with views of the beach. The photos don’t do it justice. Lovely and clean - absolutely no complaints. Host went above and beyond to reunite us with a teddy who got left behind!

Good location and comfortable

We enjoyed the comfortable and clean location that was close to the beach. We were very comfortable while we were there. Unfortunately, the owner asked us to pay for a screen that was ripped when we arrived. I explained that it was that way when we got there, but received an email doubting it - making us feel uncomfortable about our visit and almost offered to pay for something we didn't do. Despite this, it was an enjoyable stay.

Clean, modern, spacious

Kristy's property is spacious and clean. Location is great, easy to find and just 5 minutes from everything. Communication with host was absolutely wonderful, she's quick to respond to questions. Only tiny suggestions is a few more bins would be handy! 100% recommended.
