Turner's Tavern boasts 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a fully stocked kitchen dining room and a comfy living room. The property is located only 1.5 miles from Texas Tech University which means only a 5–6-minute drive at most. Lubbock's other attractions are located within a short distance too. Couples and larger groups alike will find this space perfect for their needs. This property has fast Wi-Fi, a 55-inch Roku TV with Netflix, is pet friendly, and the kitchen is fully stocked.

**Update 8/4/2021** We took the feedback from some previous reviews and spent the last month getting this property back in great shape. Completely new paint inside and out gives this home a much more welcoming aesthetic. New linens and bedding help to ensure a good night's rest. The backyard has been completely cleaned up so both kids and pets can enjoy their stay. Finally, the property has been deep cleaned in every crevice to make sure we addressed any issues in previous reviews. If you have any questions, please reach out and talk to us! Turner's Tavern has 3 bedrooms furnished with everything you will need. Each of the bedrooms have queen size beds. They are furnished with brand new and super comfortable mattresses, sheets, and pillows. You will love sleeping here. Each room also offers dressers/luggage tables bedside tables and lamps.

The two bathrooms have all the towels that you will need for your stay. Each bathroom has a tub/shower combo, shampoo, body wash, hand towels, wash cloths, and hand soap. In addition, we replaced the water heater in the summer of 2020, so you won't have to worry about having enough hot water.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay including a microwave, stove, oven, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker with creamer and sugar. A dining room table sits just outside the kitchen for home cooked meals or easy take out. This dining area is the perfect place for family game night or a large work project.

The living room contains a comfy couch that is perfect for sleeping on. The main living area also contains a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix access already set up. The Wi-Fi in this property is quick and will handle all your streaming needs.

The backyard of this property is fenced in all the way around although it is an older fence. There are areas of the fence that has gaps and/or is leaning over. If your dog is small, tends to escape, or has any kind of aggression, please plan on choosing another place. We do ask that you message us letting us know if you have pets with you. In the event that they do damage anything or extra cleaning is needed we will charge an additional fee. Please let us know if you have any questions. The backyard also contains a picnic table style seating area for enjoying outdoor meals.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal unless needed. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that you will receive 3 days before your reservation. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the front door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. Garrott and Shawna are always available by text or phone call. Very convenient to restaurants shopping coffee shops banks churches. Market Street grocery store is only 2 miles east on 50th. Located close to everything. Main roads Slide Ave and 34th Street are nearby as well as the Marsha Sharp Freeway and the loop. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer!

Other than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!

The entire space is yours to use with the exception of any locked doors used for owner storage. The garage is not accessible for this property.

The house is close to the Marsha Sharp Freeway (Highway 62/82), Loop 289, Slide Avenue, and the interstate, making it a very convenient location for getting around the city.

The community fee shown on your booking represents the 9% tax that the city of Lubbock charges for the hotel tax and venue tax. Please let us know if you have any questions.
