The Mahana complex is undergoing a roof repair and replacement project starting May 1 , 2024. The building is 12 stories and we are located on the 7th floor. There will be some intermittent loud construction noise from the project as well as some possible reverberations due to the work being performed. Work hours are 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday-Friday with some work occasionally on Saturdays.

Everything at the complex should be open and normal minus some construction equipment in the parking lot and some other areas along the walkways to protect guests.

Rates have been discounted 20% for May reservations.

-June/July 2024 Reservations-
From May 30- July 24 the central A/C will not be working in the unit. We will have a portable AC unit in the bedroom.

Rates for June and July have been discounted by 30% for the inconvenience.
