There are plenty of windows to allow the natural light and summer breezes to enter the unit.
The complex features security entrance with intercom, key operated lift and security undercover parking. The pool area is surrounded with outdoor furnishings and tropical landscaping and has a heated spa.
Outlook Caloundra is an easy walk into the main street of Caloundra with its array of boutique shops, restaurants and cafes and also an easy walk to the local IGA supermarket. Kings Beach is a short walk away through the access point at the eastern side of the building.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

The apartment was located in a good area. Close to beach and cafes. The apartment needs some maintenance done with broken blinds in loungeroom so the sun is super bright in the mornings, the bathroom drains have a pretty gross smell coming out of them. There is a split system in the main bedroom and loungeroom right near the back door but that's it. So the two bedrooms at the back we over 30° even though there was a ceiling fan it didn't help. Other than those things it was a nice get away with the family.
This property has great views and plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. Close to the main street and shops, overall very clean and nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.
