LaRouge was absolutely charming! The pictures shown capture an amazing and accurate depiction of the cabin. It was immaculate! The hot tub was incredible. The shops were within walking distance, but if you’re planning on shopping, you might want to drive. Communication with the host was very easy. We will definitely be staying again at LaRouge! A huge thank you to our host for a wonderful weekend getaway!! 5 stars for sure!!

The house was cute and cozy. The only downfalls were the lighting was terrible, there was only a mini fridge and the dogs next door barked all night where it was hard to sleep. Not sure if that’s also a rental, but definitely not the owners fault. It just put a damper on our sleep. Overall a good stay.

Hair in shower, front yard un-kept, hot tub area so dirty did not want to go out there. House is very dark and dungeon feeling, two people cannot get ready at the same time. The shower was great. Toilet leaking around base. Would not recommend this place.

My stay at La roug

Absolutely amazing. This little cottage was very cozy. Very clean easy to find. The king size bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in outside of my own. Definitely gonna rebook for my son and his wife to enjoy. And my husband and I will be booking another stay here. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Absolutely amazing thank you.

Great Location and Cozy!

Wonderful little cottage!

This was a charming little getaway- we enjoyed the ambiance, and the outside area- even got to pet the kitties! There was definitely a lot of thought put into this cottage. Also very close to downtown Fredericksburg.
