Condo was clean and had all necessary item to make stay comfortable. We did have a little trouble with keyless entry. Whatever is the intermittent noise that sounds like a sump pump kicking on and off 24/7? send concern to Charles did not receive response. It did make sleeping a bit difficult. Also the caulk in bathroom is pulling away from tub.

Great place!

I highly recommend Sunset Vista…the location is perfect…walking distance to restaurants and shops. Accommodations were very nice. There is a cafe onsite, the food was great and reasonably priced. The bar was so much fun…the bartender, Ally, was AMAZING. You are steps from the beach, which is very clean and not over crowded. We are planning another trip next year and will stay at Sunset Vista and stay longer. Thanks for making our getaway a memorable one.

I love this area. We stay here every year. Everything was great for the most part. The only downfall is that the table on the balcony is unmoveable so we had to walk around each other.

Lovely place, nice view of the beach from the balcony. . The pool area is beautiful. My daughter and I were very comfortable there. We had what we needed to cook some of our own meals. We loved our stay and very much appreciated the beach towels, little cooler and beach chairs provided!

Lacked some startup supplies like only one coffee for 3 adults the first morning and only 4 beach towels for 5 of us. We called to try to get another towel but no one would respond. Other than that everything else was okay.

Everything was good except need better instructions of where to go when arrive the first day. The elevators closest to our condo one was broken the entire stay and the other one was broken on and off you never knew if it was working until you walked to it and then you would have to go find another one if it was not. Elevators need work!

Winter Getaway

great location on Gulf Boulevard on Treasure Island. Trolley stops right in front of the building. Within walking distance of many restaurants and John's Pass. Would hardly know that a major hurricane went through just a short time ago. Everyone working hard to get the property and area businesses up and running again. Although a little smaller than what we thought, it was the right size for just the 2 of us.

Overall great place to stay. The condo was clean and well maintained. The cleaning team stopped by frequently to see if we needed anything. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the bar staff was friendly and fun!! Great place to go for a family vacation.
