We are a quiet little boutique Motel in beautiful Edgewater Florida. We provide free self-parking to guests and we are close enough to walk to a couple restaurants and a convenient store. Come stay with us for your getaway or local event. We have a large outdoor pool for your enjoyment and nice for social gatherings. Your room includes two queen beds to accommodate your entire family. Our rooms are kept clean and well maintained. Everything you need is here for your short or long-term stay.

If you want CLEAN and QUIET, this is the place for you. An older facility, but unbelievably clean. This is not a party spot, this is great for families or people who love quiet. We feel we got quite a bargain.

Everything we needed

Modest accommodation that was clean, most comfortable bed and pillows ever at a motel, and gracious friendly hostess who accommodated my mistake in booking for the Daytona 500 and arranged our extra night on the spot! Would definitely stay here again....handy to grocery store, Pappas drive in diner!
