Pet and 420 friendly! Spacious home with warm and welcoming ambiance. New living room furniture, warm chocolate couch, oversize chairs, TV in living room with Roku. Full kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, toaster, dining area for 4. Both bedrooms have TVs, Wifi throughout house, 2 full bedrooms, full size beds, huge mirrored closet spaces. 3rd room has large office! Both bathrooms are supplied with amenities. Enclosed patio room with washer and dryer!

I have lived at this property for 4 years and it is very cozy, safe, pet friendly and centrally located to were you can reach most areas within 15 minutes or less. The International Airport is maybe 1.6 miles from the house but it is not over the flight path so you do not here the planes.

What makes this property unique

Desert Oasis is a friendly neighborhood in the heart of the city. Our location is only a mile and a half away from the Thomas and Mack UNLV Campus and the Las Vegas Strip. We're just down the road from MGM and we're surrounded by shops and restaurants. The house has an easy-going atmosphere perfect for travelers, students, & professionals. Everything you need to cook, clean, and take care of yourself is here as well as pet and 420 friendly. Long term rentals welcome. 420 and Pet Friendly home! If you bring a cat or dog you must clean up poop and litter. I supply brooms, dust pans, cleaning supplies, poop bags that allow you to efficiently clean up. If you are not comfortable around pets or 420 this is probably not a good fit for you.
There is a private backyard patio, and 2 XXL dog doors on the property as well.

The entire house is yours- NOT a shared house. You have the entire backyard and patio. BBQ and utensils in the back as well. Your entrance is front door to main house. There are 3 xxl dog doors and a portable one for the slider as well.
There is a keypad door access as well as a lockbox with a key if you have any difficulties. All exterior lights are sensors and come on at dusk and off at dawn. Plenty security lights and driveway area has security cameras.

This 3 room house is all yours when you stay here, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and 1 large office room, no shared rooms or other guests in your rental!
