Nice cozy place, we didn't get to spend much time here as we were busy all day, but it's a nice place, bed was comfortable.Nice kitchen and bathr games there and things to occupy you, nice place for a small family. It is close to a busy road, but it's quiet at night.
My wife and I found the place to be as promised, clean comfortable and quite farm. Remember it's a farm house not perfect but sure did feel that way, also far away enough from Erie to give us both a chance to reboot after our time in town yet only 20 minutes away
My family and I stayed here for a few days while visiting family in the area. The location was great and we even enjoyed some sledding on the hill behind the house. We would definitely stay here again!
Overnight here was perfect for us! A private yard to walk the dogs, comfortable bed and clever NY vintage farm house decor was just what we needed! We arrived after dark and the lights were on for us, very kind.
This place was perfect for two days of skiing at Peek and Peak resort. Less than a ten minute drive to the resort meant I could come back for lunch if needed. Comfortable house with everything you could need (except a tea pot! LOL). Plenty of room to walk the dogs and enough room for dog crates. Would recommend and will be back next ski season for sure!
There were cars in the driveway, the tv was on upstairs, and there was scratchimg coming from the ceiling downstairs. Wr were scared to go upstairs becuase all of these clues led us to believe there was someone up there.we wanted a vrbo beavise they are supposed to be all private.

This place was absolutely gorgeous!! Everything was just like the pictures on the Internet! Very clean, quiet, and only a short drive from Pine Junction which was delicious! Thank you to our host!! We will definitely be back!!
Awesome homely stay! Felt like walking into the country of the past, where life is free and clean living, without the huddle and bustle of our busy lives.
The owners went out of their way to see every need was assured!
Most gracious hosts ever!
All around best stay we’ve encountered
Thank you
Got no code for door day before as stated. Check-in began at 2:30 . I called them at 4:15 PM & they wanted to know if I had just made reservation. Made 3 weeks prior & they said they had last minute booking for previous night & it wasn’t cleaned yet. (They were at another property) . Lady came & said could be cleaned in 1/2hr. Who can clean/sanitize house in that short time. Said that was not acceptable & she offered refund. Told her that was fine & she said she’d do it on home computer. Received text at 5:02 with code & saying room was ready. Replied I wanted refund to which she said she never offered one. Am contacting my credit card company.
We stayed one night while traveling from KY to MA. The house was conveniently located by the highway. It was a charming older house decorated with flea market antique furniture and quirky knickknacks. There wasn’t WiFi, but it was stocked with board games and movies. We did have problems with the coffee maker, but the kitchen was well stocked.
