About this property

Step back in time farm house

This 1889 farm house has been newly remodeled and updated , Its located right across from the comfort inn and right off the exit of I-86. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ,20 mins to Erie Pa. Fully stocked kitchen and all the amenities you could ever need . The décor is very rustic and farm like living . We have utilized most of the antiques and given them new purposes. We would love to share this beautiful house and make it have a purpose again .
There is an upstairs apartment with a tenant with a separate entrance. . Everything on the first floor is yours and Private.

We very much enjoyed our time at this home. They were flexible when our dog sitter backed out and it was nice to have a place to play games and relax between crazy running around. Only down sides we had was we didn't realize there were other people living on the property. I misread the listing so my bad, but the young men were very nice and kind to us and our children. There was also an undisclosed camera that was a little bit of a surprise and the oven and washer didn't work. I was really counting on the oven to cook so that was inconvenient, but we made do. Overall made great memories and we would consider staying again.

It had everything we would’ve needed.Really enjoyed staying there. It was cozy, and perfect for our needs. The attention to detail was astounding. The large andsmall antiques and the extent of them can probably only be appreciated by somebody older, like us! Everything worked. It was clean as can be. We loved it.

Lovely place to stay. Quick access off of highway and close to Peak n Peak Skiing. Loved the old farmhouse decorations got some crafting ideas. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the property inside. The host answered my question promptly and I loved all the old tools that would have been used back in the day. Ex: old sled made into a lamp, corn planter, vintage dishes, clothes hanger, wash board and wringer. The older furniture throughout the house. I would just warn people of the one inch step down to the bedrooms. It may not seem like much, but if you are older like I am, that could be potential hazard of misstep. Otherwise, very nice.

My family and I stayed here for a few days while visiting family in the area. The location was great and we even enjoyed some sledding on the hill behind the house. We would definitely stay here again!
