Family home in Prestons

Located in the new Prestons subdivision in north Christchurch, this sunny and comfortable home is a 20 minute drive to the airport or into the city centre, and 5 minutes drive to the Palms shopping centre. Walk to Flax café for lunch or the Rowdy Kitchen for pizza, or to Christchurch’s newest Maccas in Marshland Road.

Open plan kitchen and living area and separate lounge. Three bedrooms – master bedroom has an en-suite, second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has a king single bed with pull out bed underneath for the sixth guest if needed.

Sunny outdoor seating areas, garage and off-street parking.

Enjoy a lovely walk around the subdivision to see the wildlife or to plan your new home!

Bed linen and towels provided. Please leave the house as you find it in a clean and tidy condition.

Please note that due to Christchurch City Council requirements, large gatherings are not permitted after 10 pm and noise and traffic movements should be kept to a minimum.

Anne's house was perfect for us as we wanted to be near to friends who live nearby. When we arrived we couldn't believe how spacious the property was how well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was a total delight and Anne was very responsive to any messages. We really couldn't have asked for anything more.

The house was amazing and really the perfect spot to unwind throughout the busy weekend we had. It’s also situated in a perfect spot, 15 mins away from town and in the suburb plenty of shops that are in walking distance. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.
