Top floor unit in one of the most convenient locations on Kauai. Easy access to north shore and Poipu. Walking distance to restaurants, lava rock enclosed ocean swimming pond, safe beach for swimming, 9 mile, oceanfront, walking path, popular kayaking river and hiking Sleeping Giant.


New a/c and artic coolers. Rare, top-floor unit on ocean side of the complex. Remodeled and fresh.

Overlooks unique, 9-mile coastal biking/walking path, and sunning beach.

Second floor (top floor) with two lanais. Each has seating for two. The back lanai offers ocean breezes and slight ocean view. Enjoy morning coffee looking toward the ocean and oceanfront path.

Artic cooling units in the bedrooms, a/c in living area.

Upgraded, 2-bedroom end-unit with uncluttered, modern look. New flooring, new kitchen, new tiled bath, new beds and dressers. Ideal getaway for those seeking a fresh, relaxing vacation home. Tropical breezes flow from the front door to back lanai.

Remodeled kitchen has beautiful, acacia wood countertop, open shelving. And is well-equipped for a preparing a vacation meal.

indoor dining is enjoyed on peninsula with a quartz countertop and bar -height seating for 4.

The back lanai accommodates 2 for casual dining and offers ocean, greenbelt and walking/bike path views.

The living area has a flat-screen TV, double-bed sofa futon. Bedrooms have new queen beds and windows that allow breezes to flow through One bedroom has an adjacent .5 bath.


A coin-operated laundry is on the property. Free parking is steps from the front door. Guest parking is readily available. There are no resort fees.

Beach equipment including boogie boards, beach umbrellas and beach chairs are for use.

Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. High end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts. This unit is located just off the ocean. (100 yards). There is a small resort on the ocean front.

This complex is adjacent to the paved, oceanfront biking and walking path. The path runs for 9 miles. Bike rental and e-bike rental is available.
This is a small complex of 24 units called Village Manor. There are high-end resorts on either side of the complex. Those resorts have public access to beach. The paved walking path to the beach is just steps away.

The location is awesome, just a few minute walk to the beach and located next to a grocery store! Great location if you want to check out the North and South shores because it is right in the middle of everything! Close to Lydgate Beach which was my daughter’s favorite beach! Would highly recommend!

It was the perfect setting. Close to shops and restaurants. Within walking distance to a beach where we watch the sunset and sunrise a couple times. We drove and down the island and it was all easy. The host was super responsive and we were comfortable. We hope this place is available when we return to Kauai.

Great location. Instead of walking down the path to the beach take a right when leaving the area and go one street over. Less steep and swimmable. It’s Hawaii so we were really only there to eat breakfast and sleep. And speaking of sleeping, the prohibition against air conditioning IS an issue especially if you have any respiratory issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

It was our first time in Kauai and this condo was in the perfect location! We took sunrise walks and ran along the path way right outside the condo! Also took a night stroll to star gaze at night it was amazing! The condo is located in the middle of everything. A short drive south to Poipu Beach and also not too far to drive north to Hanalei. Having 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bath for our family of 4 was just right. The living room was spacious & comfy for relaxing and watching TV. We sat outside on the lanai enjoying breakfast and coffee a few mornings too. The only improvement I would recommend is to update the beach chairs they were rusted and out dated. Also the shower curtain was moldy. The dresser drawers were flimsy, but the closet had enough space to accommodate our clothes. For the most part we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the small touches like coffee, spices, salt and pepper already in the kitchen to use for cooking. Beach towels were also provided and useful since we went to the beach everyday. We love Kauai and would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great location for shopping and drive to anywhere on the island. Wonderful sunrises in a few minutes away.Be aware of no AC and annoying roasters since windows can’t be closed tight.

Perfect middle ground in Kauai

Place was exactly what we were looking for. In the middle point of the island so we could either go north or south for the day. Check in process was smooth. Only hiccup was the listed WiFi info was outdated. Communication was smooth to help resolve. Would look to stay here again when we come back to this wonderful island.

First trip to Kauai

Great price, great location, sufficient for 4 persons. Roosters were a little annoying, but you get used to them. Our Luau was only a block to the south. Great biking or hiking trail along the coast.
