A charming 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath home on a private lane just a few minutes walk from the beach. This year round cottage has its own private beach for the dozen homes on the lane. The cottage is a wonderful getaway for all seasons. Fireplace and large great room with front deck for eating or relaxing evenings. High speed internet handles multiple zoom calls and the house is set up to handle working remotely. Family friendly and well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Large front yard and driveway for easy parking. Walking distance to the Swedish Bakery & Luisa's Cafe. Just minutes from Warren Dunes, Sawyer Garden Market and New Buffalo.
