This freshly remodeled 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers panoramic Caribbean views, free 100mb Wi-Fi, and a comfortable layout designed for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, B25 sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a convenient middle-resort location with free parking and an easy gradual lighted pathway to the condo entrance.

The villa features a king bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa fitted with a memory foam mattress for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, and meal-prep essentials, making it easy to enjoy meals in the villa. Guests also have access to snorkel and beach gear, cable TV, and a wraparound deck that offers breathtaking views of St. John, the British Virgin Islands, Thatch Cay, and the Caribbean Sea.

B25 is part of Point Pleasant Resort, located approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the resort lobby. The resort is close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service also operates throughout the resort property.

Please note that Point Pleasant Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs. While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind. The B25 page specifically notes stairways and pathways throughout the resort and recommends travel insurance.

The views at this resort are fantastic. We went to the restaurant Ocean 180 and it was fabulous would highly recommend it. Lots to do and you can set up boat cruises that take you right out of the bay which makes it easy.

Great little condo! It has all the things we would need. Clean and staff was nice. I was sad to see the fitness center there but unusable:/ Would had made Point Pleasant a for sure stay for us again. Overall we had a fantastic trip.

Clean Resort with Great View

Stayed in B25. Would highly recommend for 2 people. Wrap around balcony was amazing to enjoy the view. Resort tucked into a hillside which provided a feeling of privacy and escape. Would recommend this place over similarly priced resorts in the area. East to get to red hook to take the ferry to St John.

Such a great view from B25. Clean nicely decorated room with plenty of kitchen amenities if you want to cook in. Easy shoreline walk to Margaritaville and Coki beach. Easy to get taxis elsewhere to.

Phenomenal views all around the condo. Courteous staff . Pools extremely clean. Quiet whatever time of day or night. We stayed 10 nights, you will definitely a car or cabs to get to stores, beaches, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Exceptional views!!

My fiancé and I stay at Point Pleasant twice a year and we are never disappointed. The views are gorgeous from the wrap around balcony. The condo is spacious and has everything you need to make your vacation special. We love that they are equipped with beach chairs , cooler,snorkel gear as we rent a car and like to visit the different beaches and St John frequently. It’s really is a game changer for us Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Fabulous view

We loved everything about the unit, especially the view. The only issue with mount pleasant is all the stairs. I would not recommend the resort to someone with mobility issues. This particular unit had easy parking and limited stairs, we would stay here again. The view was “pleasant”.

Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us. The views were amazing, the condo was beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed to make are trip perfect The staff at Point Pleasant go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and so pleasant. The grounds are beautifully landscaped everywhere you go. The pools were beautiful as well of great views from the patio at all 3. We also had drinks at Sun and Sea looking at the tarpon swim along the side of the patio was cool. It was an easy drive to Red Hook and the ferry which we took to St John which also had amazing beaches. Our favorite of all beaches on St Thomas which was Magens Bay.

Better than the pictures

We were pleasantly surprised, upon arrival, that the posted pictures of the condo didn't quite do it justice. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the overall vibe of the place made our stay something to remember. The condo itself was updated and decorated nicely. The resort itself has been there for a while but that was no real negative as the grounds overall were kept very well with beautiful tropical flora everywhere. Plus, the views from the corner balcony were out of this world. Margarataville and Coki Beach were both within walking distance and Sapphire Beach (Beautiful!) and Red Hook were just a short drive (or cab ride) down the road. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Great and affordable place to stay!

The room is very nice and clean. The bed is super comfortable! One of the best parts was the view! We didn’t use their pool during our stay but the location of this place was great! A couple minutes away from the ferry and you can run to a grocery store just a few minutes away as well. The room is also stocked with all cooking supplies so making a homemade meal or breakfast is terrific. The closest beach by Margaritaville had a ton of seaweed so we didn’t swim there but right across the street from there was one of the best snorkeling spots in the island! (They also have snorkeling gear available as well) Staff was very friendly and happy to help. If you want a great place to stay and keep it also affordable, this is the place to be!

Just Amazing!

The place and our stay were amazing! The views are even better than the pictures! Point pleasant is a great resort with friendly staff and great accommodations. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and no longer had the plastic cover other reviewers mentioned. It was so nice that they provide chairs and snorkel gear so we didn’t have to rent them, or bring our own. We will definitely be back! The only suggestion I have is to provide coffee filters for the coffee machine. We didn’t even think about that when we went to the store and had to go back just for those.
