The very bright apartment, has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and plenty of storage overlooking a living room with sofa bed 2 comfortable.
A crib can be put at your disposal.
The young and trendy neighborhood is very nice and lively.
Market, shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, theaters, concert hall, large parks, ballades, swimming pool, ice rink, tennis, football ... are nearby.

Just what we needed

This property was exactly what we needed. The convenient location and proximity to the metro station was wonderful. The surrounding area had wonderful restaurants at great prices. Grocery stores and convenience stores were within walking distance. Nicole is a wonderful host and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. well.

Great place, great location

This place was great, it did sleep 5 people however a little squeezed but since we were traveling with little kids it was fine. It was within walking distance to an amazing park and a street full of restaurants, cafes, and bakery! The park was huge! Lots of friendly people, lots of things to do for kids and adults. My only suggestion would be (and this coming from the US of course where we have this in most home) to add air conditioning at the very least during the summer months. It was very hot and humid and that would have made the place an even better place to stay! We loved it and loved the area. Just an fyi while it is “close” to the landmarks (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, etc) it is still far enough that the cost to get to those places by Uber or taxi can be a bit pricey.

Das gemütliche, saubere etwas in die Jahre gekommene Appartment im 5. Stock mit Lift, liegt 7 Minuten entfernt von der Metro 5, Porte de Partin. Direkt neben dem Appartment befindet sich eine Bäckerei und ein Obstgeschäft, 2 Minuten entfernt ein Supermarkt. Rund um die Haltestelle gibt es eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Restaurants, auch sehr günstige. Das Einchecken im Appartment verlief problemlos, die Vermieterin schickte einen Code für die Haustüre und den Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Persönlichen Kontakt gab es keinen. Das Appartment besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, in das die kleine Teeküche integriert ist, einem Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit WC. Zwischen dem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Türe, nur einen Durchgang, bei Aufenthalt einer 3. Person wird die Couch zum Bett umfunktioniert. Dadurch wird der Wohnraum aber komplett ausgefüllt. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer haben ,wir als sehr gemütlich empfunden, die Couch war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch nicht als Bett bezogen. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank und einen Zweiplattenherd, der bei uns nicht 100 Prozentig funktionierte. Es gab keine Pflegeprodukte. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in dem Appartment, für 3 Personen ist es aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt aufgrund der beengten Platzverhältnisse und der fehlenden Türe zum Schlafzimmer weniger geeignet.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, gut gelegen. Die Küche und die Stühle könnten mal erneuert werden, da sie schon sehr abgenutzt und die Stühle teilweise recht wacklig sind. Ansonsten eine echt tolle Wohnung mit einem Garagenstellplatz, der für größere Autos evtl etwas schwierig sein dürfte. Wir sind aber mit Geduld mit unserem Ioniq 5 reingenommen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Check in/out / Kommunikation problemlosLage: 5 Min. zu Fuß zu Metro, viele Geschäfte/Restaurants in der unmittelbaren NäheBei offenen Fenster laut.Ferienwohnung für 2 geeignet, viele Fenster, hell, Rollos vorhanden.Es müssten dringend einige Steckdosen repariert werden....sind mit Klebeband befestigt!!!Des Weiteren wäre es prima, wenn mal die Schränke von allen möglichen Krims Krams befreit würden und einige neue Möbel rein kämen....neue Kühl/Gefrierschrank, neues Geschirr, ein paar vernünftige kleine Töpfe/Pfannen, die für 2 Personen geeignet sind, ein neues Sofa im Wohnbereich etc.Dann wäre die Ferienwohnung perfekt.Für uns beide war sie aber für eine knappe Woche Mädelsurlaub in Paris zum schlafen, frühstücken, duschen perfekt!

Prima appartement om Parijs te bezoeken als je niet te veel-eisende bent.

Prima vriendelijk ontvangst door mme Nakache. Appartement op de vijfde etage met gelukkig een lift. Metro, winkels, restaurants en bakker naast de deur. Parc de la Vilette in de buurt. Wasmachine was een plus. Voor vijf personen wel wat krap. De slaapbank in de kamer piepte teveel. De keuken kon schoner. Het appartement ligt aan een zeer drukke weg met geluid van vroeg in de ochtend tot laat in de avond. De WiFi was erg slecht, een zeer trage verbinding. Maar... De verbinding naar de binnenstad Parijs of bijvoorbeeld Versailles met de metro was zeer goed.

Super accueil de nos hôtes. Le cartier est vraiment extraordinaire avec le parc de la Villette juste à côté, le métro, tramway et tout les commerces et restos. La cuisine pourrait par contre être plus propre. Et le wifi est vraiment d’une autre époque. Lent et non sécurisé.

Petit mais correct. Un peu vieillot. Vaisselle à renouveller! Canapé lit grinçant. Couvertures et oreillers supplémentaires dans l’armoire. Sdb petite mais bien. Great place to experience Parid

This apartment has everything you need to experience Paris like a real Parisian. Local shops nearby, plus 3 grocery stores within walking easy distance. The Place metro Station is very close as well. Nicole, the owner, was very friendly and helpful.

Fin lille lejlighed

Vi er netop kommet hjem fra fem dage i lejligheden i Paris. Vi er en familie på fem, og vi kunne lige præcis være der. Lejligheden fungerer fint, hvis man vil opleve Paris. Vi lavede morgenmad i lejligheden og vente først tilbage til lejligheden om aftenen. Lejlighedens beliggenhed er god - tæt på transport, spisesteder, indkøb mm. Udlejeren er sød og imødekommende. Vi ankom tidligere end beregnet, og trods dette var udlejer klar til at lukke os ind.
