My October 19 through 24th trip 2023

Let me start with all the good features and move to the negative ones. This house is warm and inviting. Nicely decorated with comfortable bed. I stayed here alone as I take many solo trips. Love having a pool and house sits on canal. It served my stay and I would rent again. There are just a couple things that would have made it superb. I like VRBO homes that are great with supplies. At this price point, more trash bags, laundry soap, and a working flashlight is actually important. There were spider webs in alot of the corners of the house and especially on the patio. I’m not afraid of spiders but I don’t want to spend time cleaning up webs. The shower was not cleaned in one corner very well. The ice machine to fridge was not working but I ended up buying ice and the filter needed replaced. Location is a bit away from most tourist places but I drive everywhere and it’s no big deal. Overall, house was accommodating and even with the simple issues I would gladly return.

Spring break

We stayed with our 2 college aged kids they loved having the pool there. Was a little far from many of the things we ended up doing...ft meyers beach and sanibel, but the house was well represented and worked great for our purposes.
