Master w/ ensuite has king bed and 42” TV attached bathroom w/ walk-in shower and garden tub. Guest rooms each have a queen size bed, one w/ add’l twin bed & trundle, the other with a 32” TV. Front living space has a 50” TV and sofa, the back den has a loveseat and chair w/ desk space.

Fully-equipped kitchen features all the essential appliances for a home-cooked meal. Formal dining room seats 6, large kitchen island seats 2, breakfast bar seats 2.

Patio is covered and extends the entire back of the house, enjoy the shade from the mature trees. Patio faces east to enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise or a cold one on the summer afternoons.

Great location right of I-35 in a nice quiet neighborhood. House was quiet and was a great fit for our family so we could spread out vs be cramped in a hotel room for the week. I liked that there were games, the lock system, the bed arrangements, the large kitchen well stocked to prepare a meal. Master bed was comfortable.

The home was extremely clean. We ran out of trash can space a house full of 10 we had trash piled up

Overall experience was great again the trash can outside was full and we were unable to put more trash in the can to help the cleaning crew out! However wonderful home it was a nice stay overall

I appreciate the care taking to cover any gaps in the fencing. lovely home with nice big yard. chain link fence so I could enjoy watching the deer right outside the fence. I wished there were cable service or internet tv (netflix or something) service.

Absolute Gem

Couldn't have asked for better place to stay. Location, ease of checking in/out, comfort. We had a wonderful time. Proximity to everywhere and everything we had to do was on point. Home is very clean and kept up well. Will definitely book again when visiting the San Antonio area.

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood!

I'll start by saying the home itself was beautiful and very clean. It was stocked with everything we could need for our stay. The beds were comfortable.. The check in process was quite challenging as the app the owner is using did not work and I had to call the owner to even get into the home. It didn't work for our entire stay. The TV in the living room never would sign in to the Wifi info the owner left and the TV in the guest room got no channels at all. Those issues were quite frustrating. All in all, a nice home and we were thankful for it and felt safe.

The house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Selma. The nice sized fenced-in yard was great for the our dogs and patio was great for the adults. King size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of room and space for all of us!!

Very good stay

I enjoyed my time here. I had everything needed and the property manager was very communicative. Walmart wasn’t too far either. Check in probably was the best part, especially since COVID is going on. I would definitely stay here again.

A home away from home

We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years and this is one of the best. The home is big enough to accommodate a good sized group. There is plenty of space for your belongings and a nice sized kitchen for your meals. We found everything we needed here as the home is well equipped. Very comfortable sleeping accommodations as well. Above all, the home is clean and is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Roslyn was an excellent and very responsive host. We hope to stay here again whenever we are in the San Antonio area.

Excellent clean & safe location!

This is our second time staying here and the house is perfectly situated by everything you might want to do! The checking in and out process was easy. The house was clean, and had everything you might need in case you forgot something. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We brought our dog and they yard was large enough for him. We will definitely stay again!

Nice location, nice clean home.

The house was nice and clean, all very automated via Alexa....we weren't personally fans of that. Was kinda surprised by the "clean up" requirements the guest were asked to do considering your paying a cleaning fee, Striping beds etc. Overall was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Family getaway

Nice location. Close to area restaurants and stores. The home was very nice to share with our grown children and grandchildren. The backyard was a bonus for our grandson and dog to run around in.

Perfect Location!

The conveniences of “home away from home” was terrific. Our little dog was also very comfortable! A good little neighborhood to walk him. The historic park nearby connects to the Stage Stop family park by a new bridge, which was perfect as well! Alexa controlled lights/music nice, Key entry works well & back patio was great! The only concern, if at all, is the MBR shower is small. We are short small people and it felt a bit tight for us. However, the second bathroom has a tub/shower combo that would be better for larger/taller visitors! Internet good. Only some local channels on TV, but streaming apps available (like Netflix). Overall, we were impressed and happy with our stay. Great communication with Roslyn!

Great Location!

We we're very pleased with the location of this property and the cleanliness of it. It was a great central location to San Antionio Riverwalk, Guadalupe River, shopping, and plenty of stores nearby in case you forget something. The owner was easy to work with and followed up after our stay to make sure all went well. We will be back here soon.

I love hosting travelers, groups, and families. I grew up in San Antonio but chose Selma as a place to live for its convenient location to San Antonio and all it has to offer, but also it’s proximity to New Braunfels (18 mins) and Austin (1 hr), both of which have great food and fun activities.

I want to make sure you do the fun things, like go down to the River Walk (20 min) and enjoy the Mariachi music, take a boat ride, or have a cold beverage. Go to the amusement parks (24 or 32 min), check out the great shopping locations, or check out a farmer’s market at the Pearl (20 min). There is also plenty to do nearby, IKEA, Retama Racetrack, and Natural Bridge Caverns are all within 3 exits.

As a host, my goal is for you to have a fun and relaxing stay, full of opportunities while you are in the San Antonio area.
