The perfect apartment for couples, or small groups, corporate at 8 miles from SJU airport, Isla Verde Beach, 13 Old San Juan. This big 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bath, panoramic view in the back of conservation area, parking, air condition in bedroom, great cross ventilation, and other nice spaces to be relax, working, enjoy at the house. There's a place at 7 minutes the for $7 enjoy all day at POOLS.
My front neighbor is Juan Marquez and the road have is name, so is very popular around at his 84 years. Walking distance to El Punto bakery with the best sweet bread and roasted turkey sanwich. Tripleta and pork very popular too. Specials every day. Then at the top el Punto Restaurant with latin chinese food, fried chicken, seafood, mofongo etc
Near La Ruta del Lechon (pork gastronomic and delicious food), 30 minutes to rainforest, rivers, waterfalls, 8 miles Isla Verde beach and watersports, nightlife, cruise ports, etc..
