The suite we stayed in was excellent. It is a quiet neighborhood. The two hosts were very helpful and communicated well about the property and what they expected. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Grand Junction.
Nice location; quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Clean and kept.A few minor nits: no a/c in living area so got warm during the day. Bedroom a/c worked fine.one sighting of spider, cricket, bugs.

Really nice spot
This is the second time I've stayed at this house. It's clean and friendly and has everything you need when away from home. Would pick it again the next time I am in Grand Junction
Clean, private, lots of beautiful wildlife:deer on the lawn day and night, quail, rabbits. The house was personal with great original artwork from the owner’s family. All our needs were met. They thought of everything. We had to call them for door instructions and they were exceptionally nice and helpful.
Nice cute place with beautiful yard in quiet residential neighborhood.

Great property over all. We loved the kitchen and separate bedroom for the price. It was clean other than what we came to affectionately call bathroom spiders which did scare me a bit sometimes. The primary issue was with the air conditioning- it says central AC, but it’s a window unit only in the bedroom so it got quite hot in the rest of the space when we were there in July. Overall a really good place, and nice hosts. It was quiet and felt safe and was a great location. We would probably stay here again in a cooler month.

Nice
Very nice place, plenty of space and storage. Couches very comfortable especially with ottomans. Location was great, close to both my sister and nephew. I liked the bench in the bedroom, and all the counter space in the bathroom. I also enjoyed sitting on the rattan couch out front- great view.
Only one slight downside--I had a hard time opening handless drawers and cabinets with my arthritic hands.

Short trip
Place was clean as advertised. The rest was a bit over advertised. While the location was nice the Mountain View was pretty much non existent, but the privacy was excellent. Patio furniture is straight out of the sixties and really needs an upgrade. Wicker in the wicker chair is falling apart along with the webbing in the patio chairs, that I think are for little kids. The bed is comfortable but for a queen size bed it’s pretty small. The host were pleasant.
This location was super nice. It was quiet, peaceful, and a lot of space, especially for the price. It made our vacation even better to come back to this place at night and just relax. The included water bottles were a very nice touch as well.
Great place to stay while visiting the Grand Junction area. Spacious accommodation. Large bedroom and living room/kitchenette. Beautiful original artwork throughout the apartment - created by Susan & her mother-in-law. Clean, Quiet & close to Colorado National Monument. We will come back the next we are visiting this area. 5 Star!

Decent
Acceptable place to stay for me and my daughter while getting her settled back at CMU.
Unfortunately the TV was challenging as a couple of the nights we just wanted to go back to the place and relax and watch some live sports but kept getting error messages for live TV. We settled for movies on Netflix as other options Hulu, U-Tube etc etc were very outdated.
Also, there were no sheets for the sofa sleeper so we just used some extra blankets. The last night of the stay we had at least 4 crickets visit us in the house in the middle of the night. Not sure how they got in but made it known to us all night long. :(
Really enjoyed a quick stay at Grand Junction Abode (Property ID 9380216). The location was central to hiking, recreation (golf) and most important the GJ / Palisades wineries. Everything in the property looked new. It was clean and comfortable, and plenty of space. The owners did a great job to ensure check in was okay and our needs were met during the stay. I recommend this property for single, or small groups.
This is my second stay at this location, and I’ll be back for a third +. The location is ideal, the quietness fantastic, the cleanliness and comfort are excellent!
This was a great property for our family of four. It was clean and well-equipped. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The property is spacious and located in a beautiful area. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for quiet comfort.
This one bed, one bath, very comfortable, clean unit was a wonderful place to stay- close to hiking, biking, wineries. It’s a great space to spend a long weekend or weeks.

Cozy & Bright- exactly what we needed!
This one bedroom rental was perfect for our stay. It had a homey, cozy feel, was very clean, and the owners were friendly, hospitable and accommodating. The windows provided plenty of sunlight and a nice view. If you are reluctant to rent because the owners are on the property- this was never an issue and actually ended up being a positive because anything we needed was promptly delivered! The place provided plenty of room to move around and relax after a day of activity. The small kitchen had everything we needed to put together breakfast, lunch and a simple dinner. We will definitely stay here again!
