Propriétaire super agréable, appartement au calme correspondant à l'annonce et aux photos, à 15-20 min de la plage et de la croisette. Le plus : deux wc ! Et un agréable jardin où on peut manger. Quand on est plusieurs, c'est un must.

Appartement très sombre et vieillissant, meuble ancien, vaisselle idem, poile rayé, drap house qui sent une odeur de moisissure, rideau métallique cassé, serrure de la porte du jardin prete a tomber ... etc... je n'y reviendrai jamais !!

Location nickel et spacieuse

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, on s'y sent bien. Il y a de l'espace. Les clim permettent de maintenir une température confortable. C'est un peu loin de la 1ère plage (il faut compter 30 minutes surtout dans le sens retour, ça monte!) mais ce n'était pas une surprise. Nous avons apprécié séjourné en famille chez Aliz et Dominique.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr freundlicher Vermieter!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Mieten verlief sehr reibungslos. Wir haben uns alle 4 sehr Wohl gefühlt und können sie weiter empfehlen. Lediglich der Weg zum Strand zog sich etwas länger als erwartet. Vielen Dank noch ein mal an Dominique und Veronique für den tollen Ablauf!

A perfect place in Cannes

We stayed here for a month in January 2016. This is a wonderful apartment to select for your stay in Cannes. The apartment is located two short blocks from the main avenue where you can catch the bus downtown, or walk downtown within ten minutes. There is a good food market one block away. The two bedrooms are fine, and the living/dining room is very large and comfortable. The large yard would be great in summer, with a large table and chairs for patio dining. It is private (very little traffic) with a screened fence and bushes. The living room is air conditioned. All the windows in the living room and one the bedrooms (it`s on the ground floor) open for walking onto the patio. All windows have power lowing metal screens. The owner is wonderful. We stay in his apartment in Budapest and always find him delightful. I would definitely stay here again.

magnifique appartement ...super séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement. Tout y est : spacieux, complet, superbement conçu et décoré avec gout. La description de l'appartement est très précise (je dirai plus joli en vrai que sur les photos). La location est très bien entretenue et propre. Le parking et le jardin très appréciables.On pose la voiture et les valises tout est accessible à pied. En plus notre petit fils s'est régalé. Merci pour les petits jouets laissés à disposition. Nous avons pu nous retrouver en famille et recevoir enfants et petits enfants sans problème (espace séjour très spacieux pour les repas de "famille nombreuse") Je recommande cette location à toutes les familles aussi bien avec des petits enfants que des ados...tout le monde s'y sentira "comme à la maison" . Accueil très agréable de Véronique . Un petit barbecue électrique ou une petite plancha serait un plus pour profiter encore plus du jardin. Pour conclure un très bon rapport qualité/prix : Nous reviendrons .....Merci

Bien mais bruyant...

Points forts : un bon contact avec le propriétaire et avec Véronique qui assure l'accueil. Un appartement propre et spacieux. Proximité du centre ville de Cannes (15 min à pied et possibilité de prendre le bus) Points faibles : la rue est très passante même si elle est petite ce qui rend l'appartement très bruyant. Le niveau sonore a fait que nous avons peu profité du jardin. Chauffage par le sol. Cuisine sous équipée (pas d'économe, ni de cocotte minute, seulement 6 verres basiques, pas de four...) Au global un séjour plutôt agréable. :-)

Appartement spacieux et confortable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en février dans cet agréable appartement très spacieux. Cette location est bien située, à 15mn à pieds de la croisette et très bien exposée. Elle dispose d'une place de parking accolée, permettant de charger/décharger les courses et bagages très facilement. Le jardin est très grand pour un centre ville, bien ensoleillé (même en février !), et notre fille de 4 ans s'y est beaucoup amusée. La pièce de vie est grande et agréable, décorée avec goût, et bien équipée. La cuisine est pratique et fonctionnelle. La chambre des parents est un peu petite mais dispose d'une grande armoire. Petit bémol : les draps fournis (2 couettes d'une personne pour un grand lit : pas très agréable ni confortable). La chambre des enfants (2 lits simples) est très grande et donne directement sur le jardin. Un lit bébé nous a été prêté. Il faut savoir que cet appartement est situé dans un immeuble assez ancien, dont l'isolation phonique laisse à désirer, vis à vis de l'extérieur comme de l'intérieur. Je recommande donc cet appartement, d'autant que le propriétaire est très sympathique et réactif. Enfin, cerise sur le gâteau, la personne chargée de l'accueil et de l'entretien de la location est très agréable, serviable et sérieuse.

Rez-de-jardin très agréable en plein Cannes

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine (2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans cet appartement en plein centre de Cannes. Appartement impeccable et soigné, décoré de façon très agréable, spacieux et lumineux, idéal pour une famille avec enfants avec le petit jardin. Le linge de lit et de toilette fourni est également un grand plus, sans oublier le parking, les équipements ménagers et la connection internet. L'accueil est chaleureux et méticuleux. Merci pour la location de l'appartement au coeur de cannes où ma famille et moi (2 adultes et 3 enfants) avons passé un excellent séjour. En effet, la description dans l'annonce correspond à la réalité : appartement bien agencé, très fonctionnel (équipements ménagers, linges de lits et de toilette, internet, ...), propre et moderne. Il y a largement de la place pour 6 personnes sans être les uns sur les autres.
