Fantastic historic apartment

Generous space for 3, such an interesting old bldg. Great location for walking around Centro and nearby areas. Nina & Nicolas very helpful and friendly.

We arrived at the apartment with temperatures around 35 degrees, rising up to 38 Celsius two days later. The apartment has no airco. Windows have single glass and there is no isolation or noise reduction. Opening and closing of windows and shutters need to be done with the greatest care. The building is very old and the apartment has lost the charm it once had.The main bedroom is on the street side and there is a lot of noise coming from the staircase (barking dogs) and the street (day and night)During the heatwave there was a constant annoying buzzing or humming of airco’s and fans from neighbouring apartments. This meant that we could not use the bedroom in the centre of the apartment. In three rooms there are ceiling fans which operate at full and half power. At low power they stop. Bring along earplugs if you decide to book this apartment.Decoration was once tastefully done, but we found reality not corresponding to the pictures in the advertisement. Cleaning could be better, renovation and a new touch of paint might improve the lost charm.We advise negative on booking.
