Beautiful 5 Bedroom/4.5 Bathroom in a quaint beach community. Close to everything, walking distance to the beach, and minutes to Sag Harbor. The first floor features the kitchen and living room opening to the pool patio and one of the homes bedrooms with a full bathroom. The second floor contains three bedrooms and an office while the finished lower level features one bedroom and a full bathroom. Among the many features are a separate lower level entry, new heated pool, and basketball court. New House Built 2018. Available July 1st - July 30th or August 1st - Labor Day
