This luxurious property is likened to a luxurious, world-class private nightclub with a resort style pool, spa and full industrial kitchen. This C & C Mansion keeps you privately entertained while keeping you heavenly comfortable and settled to the fullest all throughout your stay while visiting Las Vegas.

What’s there not to like? Everything is a blast! This amazing Mansion is fully equipped with 2 pools to choose from and either one can be heated. Enjoy a double waterfall, a slide for your youthful glee, a spa to relax your nerves, a swim-up bar for your favorite drink, a cave cabana and submersible bar stools and table.

Inside, check in any of all 9 bedrooms and use any of 8 bathrooms. Each bedroom has bedsheets with an eighteen hundred thread count. There’s one large HD flat screen TV linked to cableTV and Netflix in every room. In the common areas, there are several large TV sets, too. For a game of ping pong and other games, the game room is waiting for you.

For all your fun water routines to freshen up, dry and wash, the bath towels are soft, plush and new. Space-age shower heads make for good showers, while the Jacuzzi bathtubs and steam showers are readily at your service.

The kitchen boasts of brand new, high-end appliances: Ninja Blender, Keurig, InstaPot, electric hot water kettle, a few among the many. There are 4 ovens, 2 microwaves, a dozen stove tops inside and also multiple refrigerators, wine coolers, a double tap kegerator, ice machine and multiple sinks. If the indoor kitchen is amazing, so is the outdoor kitchen that features 5-burner BBQs, an industrial work burner, huge 20 chicken rotisserie and another 6-burner stove top.

Great house for large groups

We held our company retreat here and it couldn't have been more perfect. The drive over to the convention center for our industry convention was quick and easy (at least for Vegas!). The location is close to grocery and other stores which made it easy to provision. The house was clean and well stocked. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but the TotalMax team handled them well. The house was just as described in the listing and shown in the pictures. We'll definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a large place for a big group that wants nice common areas to hang out together. Also, the water slide was awesome!!

We enjoyed our stay, kids all loved the pool. Kitchen could use a few more pots and pans, dishtowels and cooking utensils but other than that we enjoyed our time. Thank you for hosting our fun family get together.

Rented this house for family and some friends for a 50th Bday celebration and it was amazing. Perfect size for our group with plenty of room to host a dinner party. Everyone also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and karaoke room also. Highly recommend this place.

Unique Listing with tons of character

This place is definitely a trip, but in the best possible way! So unique and unlike any other place I have stayed before. They come and take you on a tour prior to checking in which was nice. They do have a good amount of rules, so make sure to check those prior to booking.
