Bien centrée dans l’isle avec les plages soit du côté perthuis d’antioche soit du coté pleine mer (avec les rouleaux) à environ 15 mn en voiture et avec le centre ville (marchés, commerces multiples ) à 15 mn à pieds .

Maison très confortable, très bien située dans l'île d'Oléron. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et nous ont agréablement reçus. La maison est impeccablement entretenue. Rien ne manque pour passer bon séjour! Une adresse à retenir !

Parfait y compris le service après vente !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à l'Océanide avec nos 3 jeunes enfants. La localisation est parfaite, au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville, et permettant d'accéder facilement en vélo à plusieurs plages. La maison est grande et agréablement décorée, les 3 espaces extérieurs permettent différentes activités : parties de ballon sur le terrain en herbe devant la maison, jeux d'enfants dans la cour arrière, repas et farniente dans le dernier espace. Tout le monde y trouve son compte. L'accueil des propriétaires est excellent, nous avons pu récupérer la maison quelques heures avant l'heure prévue puisqu'elle était prête et qu'ils nous l'ont proposé ! Christelle nous a même indiqué l'animation "ultime" pour nos enfants, la rencontre avec passe-muraille de Fort-Boyard. Enfin, ayant oublié plusieurs vestes dans un placard, les propriétaires ont eu la gentillesse de nous les renvoyer à la maison par colis ! Encore merci ! Nous recommandons chaudement.

Jolie maison, grande et confortable ,rien ne manque on se sent comme chez soi , le descriptif est réellement conforme à la présentation faite sur le site. la propreté de cette location est à souligner ainsi que l'accueil sympathique des propriétaires.... Merci cet agréable séjour !....

AGREABLE ET GRANDE MAISON

C'est une maison très agréable, spacieuse et très confortablement équipée ( il n'y manque rien), toutes les prestations sont conformes aux photos présentées. Son emplacement permet d'accéder à pied si on le souhaite au centre de Saint-Pierre et à son marché,ou de profiter des pistes cyclables à proximité. Côté terrasse, tout vous invite à y rester : soit pour y prendre tous les repas (grande table-parasol-BBQ) ou tout simplement pour y paresser (joli décor, chaises longues et ensoleillement toute la journée). Enfin, les propriétaires Christelle et Samuel sont charmants et attentifs à votre bien-être. Quel plaisir ! En bref à recommander +++ à très bientôt
