Welcome to your private farm stay in Ojai, where bohemian charm meets simple luxury. This California villa boasts a 40’ heated lap pool and spa, along with a modern airstream serving as the studio guest house (available for an extra fee, exclusively for guests renting the property). With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths in the main house, and the airstream as a 4th bedroom, this retreat offers a unique blend of comfort and style.

Farm Stay Oasis with Nature and Modern Comforts

Experience a chic personal retreat at this farm, surrounded by nature, medicinal herbs, and gardens. Discover geo-rocks like malachite and quartz crystals adorning this petit Japanese Kishu farm. (Kishus are the creme de la creme of Ojai Pixies! In-season is January through April). Nearby attractions include the Horn Trail, Thacher School, Boccali’s East End, Krishnamurti Center, and Meditation Mount.

Indoor-Outdoor Living and Farm Experience

Indulge in indoor-outdoor living with a tire swing, edible garden, and laying hens providing fresh eggs. Enjoy amenities like an outdoor fire pit (seasonal), bocce court, ping pong, and possibly bikes to explore the area. Witness the breathtaking "pink moment" with views of the Topa Topa mountains every evening. Please note, large events and parties are not permitted, and we welcome a maximum of (2) families.

Bedroom Arrangements: The main house features one large master suite with king size luxury bed and one guest room en-suite with king size luxury bed, and the bunk room offers four extra-large Restoration Hardware twin beds, providing ample sleeping space for guests. In the house. The airstream also serves as additional accommodation, ideal for added privacy or larger groups for added fee.

Cleanliness and Safety

We prioritize cleanliness and safety. A $600 COVID cleaning fee ensures the home is meticulously cleaned with Ozone and UV light between stays. We also utilize pure fog hydrogen and oxygen disinfecting methods with Quartz Pure technology.

lovely staycation

We had an idyllic, relaxing and beautiful time on this property. It is a very peaceful and thoughtfully well appointed home and the property with the gardens and chickens and fruit trees was so pleasing and so enjoyable for the kids as well as the adults. The beds were comfortable and we all slept so well there! The owner was lovely to work with and the property and its vibe is the epitome of Ojai and what you look for when you stay there. We would definitely return!

The Perfect Getaway

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week and it was a beautiful getaway. Peaceful, clean and in a great neighborhood but still close enough to town. Will definitely stay here again.

Ojai stay

The Farmette was perfect and Katie was an amazing host! The house was a great size with plenty of spaces to gather together and also have alone time. The chickens were a blast for the kiddos, we all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and the grounds were gorgeous. We had four adults, a kid, an infant and a dog and we all had a wonderful time. Fully stocked kitchen, great games, lots to do inside during the rain and outside when the sun was out. If we go back to Ojai, we would stay here in a heart beat.

Fantastic Retreat

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property in Ojai! LOCATION: The East End is picturesque with orchards and oaks. The home sits on a quiet street yet is close to town and excellent hiking. ACCOMMODATIONS: The house had everything we could possibly need for our lengthy stay. It was comfortable, beautifully appointed and well-stocked. The orchard and chickens were an added bonus that enhanced our stay. We loved the pool and the mountain setting was stunning! COMMUNICATION: Very easy to check-in/check-out and wonderful communication with owner to assist in any way with out stay. We look forward to renting this beautiful property again. It is a soul enriching property where picturesque views and positive energy abound!
