Our beautiful two bedroom, one bath garden bungalow with an amazing patio is located in the heart of one of the most prime areas of Venice Beach. Just two blocks off the exclusive Abbot Kinney strip, it's less then a 10 minute walk to the beach. When we stay we don't bother with a rental car. A safe and ideal base camp for the perfect LA respite of shopping, cafe hopping and beach days. Come and stay!

Excellent property! Even better manager!

My wife and I spent a month at Ian's property and we enjoyed every bit of it. The location is central and two blocks from Abott Kinney. The house is stocked with everything you may need. Ian was super responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Great neighborhood!

We stayed for almost three months with 2yo and 6 month old. We appreciated Ians honesty about construction next door. He offered us discounted rate because of the noise. We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great very walkable location, close to Abbot Kinney. Ian fixed everything we needed during our stay. The only downside was the initial cleanliness of the property - a lot of dust and spider webs. We recommend staying here.

Comfortable and quiet stay

We enjoyed our long stay at this house and found it to be one of the most comfortable places for the price and location. We were 3 people (two adults, one 2 year old ). The location is great and it was an easy walk to beach, Abbout Kinney, Venice Canels etc You have Ralphs Grocery store at the top of the road too. The house was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we required. We loved being able to come home after a day of exploring and enjoy a BBQ in the well-maintained garden and watch hummingbirds amongst the palm trees. Would definitely stay again.
