2 storey, family home with secure back yard and boat parking. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this lovely family home is the perfect holiday spot! There are 2 lounge areas with TV's, so bring the kids too! No wifi. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and undercover deck, perfect for the dog and family BBQ's. Upstairs has 2 more bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen with air conditioning, dining and lounge area with comfy couch. Off the lounge is a huge deck facing north. The bathroom has a bath, shower and the toilet is separate. Walking distance to the beach and main street of Cowes. There is a great park only 50 metres away. PETS ALLOWED under conditions below - must be approved and advised upon booking, will allow outside dogs only, we request a bond of $200, which is returned once the property has been checked for digging/scratches/poop/hair/damage etc. Pets to remain outside and NOT permitted in the house. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen bed with fan Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds with fan Downstairs; Bedroom 3 - 1 x double bed, with porta cot. Bedroom 4 - 1 x queen bed LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Good property for a short stayGood for car parking and boat parking Good home for pets with locked up yard facility.Hot water facilities need to be addressed though,as it runs out of hot water quite quickly. If 2 or 3 people have a shower during the morning the rest of the guest run out of hot water. This home is supposed to facilitate 8 guests. By the afternoon the water is slightly warm. Especially if you wash dishes during the day and run the washing machine as well. It appears to have a night timer on it where it heats up only over night.

We were two families holidaying together, one family upstairs and the other downstairs. Lovely home with lots of space. Backyard is good too. There is a playground walking distance to the house which is great. Would recommend.
