Enjoy your own private hideaway in this newly renovated 2 bedroom duplex located near Fountain Hills Town Center.

Walk in through the brand new private courtyard and relax with a drink on the patio.

This is a perfect unit for 4 people - 2 comfortable sized bedrooms. The Master has a king sized bed, its own en suite and a walk-in closet and Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. There is a second bathroom off the hallway.

There is a spacious kitchen with all the modern appliances you will need to cook up a storm. After dinner retire to the fully appointed lounge room to watch a movie or just sit in front of the fireplace.

A fully screened in Arizona room is situated at the back of the house that looks out onto the backyard. You can also stoke up the fire pit on the back patio and take in the beautiful Arizona nights under the stars.

The property is located 3/4 mile to the Fountain Park Fountain of the Gods & downtown Fountain Hills with great mountain views and fountain views. Near 4-wheeling, hiking, Saguaro Lake for a Dolly paddle boat ride. Verde River, great restaurants & wine bars. Free water play park for the kids-tons to do in Fountain Hills. Near Ft. McDowell Casino & down the hill to Scottsdale.

The unit was large, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Arrival instructions were clear. Beds were great, kitchen was really well stocked with anything a guest would need. If my friend and I were younger (we are 83!) we would be signing up to come again next year! We were neighbors when we both lived in Fountain Hills and it was such a treat to be back!

Spring in Fountain Hills

We had a wonderful stay at this property. I had to go to the Mayo Clinic and the property was conveniently located. We also got to visit family. The location was very quiet which we enjoyed and are used to. The temps were cool enough to sleep with windows open and didn't need to use the AC to sleep.

Very nice!! Loved being close to downtown Fountain Hills. We could walk to the downtown. Comfortable living space and a very supplied kitchen. Great to have a garage. The front yard space was great as well as the back patio. We really liked the quiet neighborhood.

Thanksgiving in Fountain Hills

We visited with relatives in Fountain Hills over Thanksgiving. The home was very comfortable. Appliances were new and in good shape. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Not much of a back yard but would be fine for a late evening campfire.

Perfect everything

The location of the house was ideal for us; we were in town for a race at Ft. McDowell park. On top of that, the house was perfect! Jen was super about info ahead of time, and check is was very easy. It was clean and in great shape, and had all the amenities we needed. I liked the open layout, outdoor space, and comfort of lo the house. I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great Stay

Our rental in Fountain Hills was an excellent choice for us. The duplex was comfortable for four adults, and the patio area was a pleasant area to relax and enjoy the Arizona weather. If you are looking for a rental away from the crouds and traffic but is close enough to enjoy the Scottsdale and Phoenix attractions, this rental is a great choice.

Fountain Hills Enjoyment!

Met the owner when we got into town and he made us feel right at home right away. The duplex was freshly remodeled and clean. Nice Southwest touches throughout the house. Quiet neighborhood although the streets didn’t have any walking sidewalks. The house needed a few utensils that were lacking in the cooking area like a pizza cutter and spatulas but I would expect those to be there for the next guests as the owners get right on things when needed. Very comfortable stay. I hope we are able to come back again next year and visit!!

Excellent experience

Our first time to Fountain Hills. The property was as described by vrbo and the owner. It is located with easy access to activities, shopping, and restaurants. It was well equipped with everything you would need for eating in. All appliances worked flawlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.
