Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen and a single; downstairs are 2 king bedrooms. The master bath has a heated floor for your comfort. Fireplace is not operational. Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed.

Swim in the outdoor pool from Easter/April 1 to October 31. Take a short walk down to the beach and enjoy the serene atmosphere of Garden City. Two parking permits are issued per unit.
