Leslie was a wonderful host and prepared us a delicious breakfast. The cabin was adorable, very clean, and well appointed. We also really enjoyed the sauna that is available on the property - great to unwind after a full day of skiing!

We stayed just one night this time (Friday). It was wonderful and relaxing. We enjoyed the wood fired pizza up the hill for dinner and breakfast made by the owner with other guests on Saturday morning (waffles, fresh fruit, coffee and tea). That allowed us to get there, relax and hang out, and stay on the property until we left on Saturday, which was nice. We did some bird watching and enjoyed the peace and quiet this homestead offers. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Great cabin near a lot of trails

Great little cabin for a couple. Very close access to a lot of the nearby trailheads. The cabin is separated from the rest of the property, so you have a lot of privacy.

Great little cabin! Enjoyed beautiful views and the proximity to Gore Mountain was a plus! Booked the hot tub experience as well and we definitely recommend it! Thanks for a great getaway.

Hiking vacation

We use this cabin as a base for exploring south Adirondack hiking trails. We really enjoy the location, the cabin itself, the quiet place and the scenery at diner time after long hike. One of our favorite was very near by : Peaked mountain trail.
