If you would like to spend your vacations in a home built in the 1940's on the west side of the island in the heart of Downtown Mayaguez, this is the home for you. The house has been recently remodeled while keeping some of it's history. The home has four bedrooms and two baths.

The city of Mayaguez is closed to some of the best locations to enjoy the beach and go surfing - Rincon, Isabella, Cabo Rojo among others. It is walking distance to the Yaguez Theater, the Cathedral, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.
