Family time

We had an amazing time. This property was in a quiet safe neighborhood. In a prime location gave us the best of both worlds,we were able to see the sights and just spent time together on the property. Great time all around!!

One of the queen size bed box spring was broken and we couldn’t get a replacement until Friday evening around 5 July 9. The carpeting needs to be cleaned or even replaced. The smoke detector beeped all night. This problem was fixed on Friday July 9

Disappointing

Upon entering the house, the entire downstairs area smelled of weed. We immediately noticed the couch and chair were broken as well. After contacting the owner we discovered that the there were people who ruined house the same day we arrive. Not enough time for cleaning crew or owner to properly come in and inspect before new arrivals. Downstairs toilet leaked and flooded bathroom before we had even used it. Wifi was broken so the tv was useless and no wifi for cell phones or laptops. Owner was available and came to help with ZERO success. His presence was required multiple times the first night which ruined my bach trip shower and movie night that was planned. Paid over $900 to stay the weekend and was only refunded $200 after all of the chaos that occurred. MANY amenities that were paid for were not able to be used. Very disappointing! Would not recommend this for a group trying to enjoy a fun, relaxing trip with friends.

Spring Break getaway!

House was very clean and comfortable and spacious! Me and my guest really enjoyed our time there! The beds were super comfortable too. It wasn’t far from places we wanted to go either. I Would definitely recommend booking again when visiting Houston.

Home Away from home

This property was everything you can ask for when you away from home. The owner was so nice and helpful with anything that I needed. The home was very clean and kitchen had everything you needed to get a home cook meal started. I truly appreciate this property will stay again anytime I’m in Houston!!!!!

NICE!!!

The property was very NICE!!! There was plenty of space for everyone. The owner got right back with us on any questions we had before and during our stay. There are plenty of places to go to get quick food or if you prefer to cook Walmart and Target is right around the corner. The property is in a Good location just depends on where you going in Houston. (Traffic is a little crazy) CONS- Tight community... But I would definitely book again whenever I come back!!!!

My fam and friends wanted to get out of New Orleans since we haven't taken a trip in over 2 years. We were celebrating a birthday and a 1 year anniversary aswell. Thank for a great house to do so!!!

Excellent place to stay.

Check in very easy. Beautiful, clean, safe gated neighborhood. Owner is always there for any questions or needs. Communication is top notch. Place is clean and spacious. Everything you need to cook is in house. Beds are very comfortable. I would get a patio table for back yard.
