Had we known that the AC wasn't working properly, the door locked or that the wifi didn't work properly we could have sent personnel over to assist you as all of those things were working properly when we checked your unit prior to your arrival. We are a full service, brick and mortar company with real employees and subcontractors ready to assist you in anything you need. We have listed our number on the refrigerator, on the pink information stand as well as verbally communicated to you. We aren't really sure what else we need to do to get our guests to call us. As far as the sauna and steam rooms, those are controlled by the condominium owners association and out of our hands. Although, being those 2 rooms are in close quarters and not used individually, we can understand why they would be closed during this time of Covid. We make every effort to supply as many photos as possible of the property you chose to stay in. If you found the unit to be outdated, we would suggest choosing a different property that is a little more updated to your liking.
