This is a nice unit in a nice location, and was very well stocked. The patio was a nice extra for us.The listing was not clear that all three bedrooms were upstairs with one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Our group was two couples and the bathroom locations was not ideal. The listing was a condo, but this is a townhouse with only 1 bathroom upstairs. Two of the bedrooms had no closet or dressers leaving one couple living out of our suitcases on the floor.

Hello Jim, I am sorry you were disappointed with my place. I clearly advertise the bathroom upstairs is between 2 bedrooms (you can read it on my listening) and third bedroom is a loft. The units in the neighborhood are described as condo's as well. I have been renting my place out past 20 years and nobody complained about the description or not having closet. And you did ask about bathroom situation prior to the arrival; and my answer was just like in my listing description; one upstairs and one downstairs.

Fantastic Location for our Moab Vacation!

This property suited our needs perfectly and was exactly as it shows in the photos. Marta was very helpful and gave us some ideas for some great hikes. If you are here to visit Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park or anything else around Moab, there is no better place to stay.

My friends and I were visiting from Missouri! This condo was amazing! It felt very homey! Beds were comfortable, facilities were nice, and the condo had everything we needed! Definitely would stay here again if we came back to Moab!

Beautiful Location Away From Town

This location is excellent. Only ten minutes from downtown Moab, it is like a secure oasis. The owner provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice place to stay for easy access to Moab sites

The rental was well located to provide easy access to all the Moab has to offer. A big advantage is that it is off the main drag so it is very quiet. The bedrooms are large and the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home.

Such a cozy little place, perfect for my stay. It was very clean, and very homey.. Sometimes when places are pet friendly, you are able to tell by the smell when you walk in the door. This was quite the opposite. I wouldn’t have even known another animal had set foot in the house if I didn’t bring dogs of my own. The host Marta was very responsive and helpful. Loved this place and definitely will be visiting again.

We love Moab and this condo was an excellent place to stay. South of town and ideally placed for the many local adventures. There were only 2 of us but the house is large enough for 6 easily. Exceedingly well equipped and spotlessly clean.
