We had a great stay at Chris and Sara's property. It was a great location, great building and very clean. It was especially nice to have free parking. Chris was very communicative and responsive - we had a small issue and he made sure to get it taken care of within a few hours. Would definitely stay there again.

Building is older, but the place was nice. Had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. Beds were comfortable, even the pullout couch. It’s not right across from the beach, but definitely walkable distance. ABC store is not a very far walk and I ordered Walmart delivery to our room. I and my family would definitely stay again. I think our only complaint was the smokers from other rooms. It was hard to enjoy the balcony as much as we wanted because of them, but this was definitely not the hosts fault. We still had an amazing time.

Condo is on the 28th floor with great side views of Diamond Head and beach view is slightly blocked by the building in front, but a great floor/view nonetheless. Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, cooking utensils, plates/dishes/cups and some canned goods and condiments for cooking. Regular coffee machine, not Keurig. Couch pulls out to a sofa bed. Two comfortable beds in bedroom with plenty of extra bedding linens. Has an iron and iron board. Bathroom is clean, shower has good water pressure. Plenty of beach and bathroom towels. Has two beach chairs, two boogie boards and some beach bags and masks and goggles in hallway closet. TV and wifi works. Free parking and pass provided, We rented a Jeep and was fine in parking lot (low ceilings). ABC store is just a quick walk over. Didn't go into the pool but it is open. Quick walk to the beach (about 5 minutes). Plenty of stores around to shop and eat. Overall a great place to stay.

Looking for something close to all the things? This is your place. Property was as described. Beautiful views and right by all things Waikiki. No issues with the property at all. Had a little hiccup at check in but Chris was super fast to respond and more than made up for any inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a great location and is very well maintained. The beach, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping were all within easy walking distance. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Waikiki including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. The host gave clear entry instructions and was responsive to our questions. Access to the parking garage was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Aloha, I would not recommend staying in this building/unit. You’ll be happier farther up the street closer to the International Marketplace. This end of Waikiki is sketchier & the unit does not appear to be maintained often enough, as we had many issues. The host did remedy the issues (& refunded 2 of the 22 nights we paid for) but we spent a lot of our time dealing with it. This wasn’t exactly the big 30th anniversary carefree trip we were hoping for….very disappointing, but Hawaii was as beautiful as we remembered, just very different since 2020. This is an honest review, but I didn’t want to detail all the issues. Hopefully, it is helpful. Mahalo

Perfect stay for our family of 3 from NZ. Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and pillows was a bonus. Location is walking distance to shops, beach and bus stop. Love the location

We had a wonderful time in this Condo. Less then 10 minutes to the beach and all the restaurants along Waikiki and that's counting when we leave the condo. Having parking was a huge plus. Having beach towels and beach gear was wonderful. Thanks for sharing your condo with our family.

The location was perfect and a short walk to the beach. You could see the gorgeous Waikiki sunsets from the balcony. Great view of Diamond Head. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the week - plenty of bath and beach towels, cleaning supplies, dish soap, laundry soap. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our time here! It was great to be able to walk to so many locations; the beach, restaurants, shopping. Having a place to park was a bonus! The place is wonderful, the owners are super responsive and helpful. Location and Building are excellent--and, nice surprise: the beds are extremely comfortable, which is not always the case with short-term rentals. My new "go to" in HNL for sure.

Really good location. Beach is a quick walk and stores are about a block or two away. Nice view. Bed is comfortable. Toiletries are stocked very lightly so plan to bring shampoo, conditioner and lotion or go to an ABC store after you arrive.
