Your own private oasis with 3 generous sized bedrooms including master with view of pool. Additional outdoor shower + BBQ area at rear with front deck + carport adjacent to the pool area. Relax + enjoy your morning coffee (or tea) on the deck surrounded by native foliage or play some front yard cricket on the grass. Did we mention there's a pool?Park your car and leave it - everything is in walking distance.
Pet friendly home with large enclosable outdoor area for fido to have some fun too.
Outdoor shower for rinsing the sand from your feet and the salt water from your wetsuit.
Two living rooms, two large flat screen TV's, one xbox gaming console and a tonne of movies, digital games and board games for those indoor days.
Large indoor dining area (seats up to 10) or dine al fresco on the outdoor deck overlooking the pool.Torquay is known for its surf beaches. From Point Addis to Bells and beyond - there is a wave that's just right for everyone, paddleboarders + kite surfers included. Native parklands at the end of our street are abundant with cockatoos, rosellas, ducks, and all manner of fauna. The local bowls club and RSL with incredible views of Whytes beach is just a little further on.
The Rip Curl, Roxy, Ghanda and more outlet stores are a 4 minute walk up the road with groceries, cafes and restaurants 4 minutes walk in the other direction.
Not to mention the beautiful beaches of Zeally Bay - Cosys Corner, Whites, Front Beach, Fishermans Beach and the dog beach are all at your door.
Stroll by bay after bay of incredible cliffside beaches or take a short trip to the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie + Ice Creamery for a tasty treat.
Aireys Inlet and Lorne are just down the road or venture further to the Great Otway National Park to catch a glimpse of our native treasures - koalas, kangaroos, kookaburras and the like.
The metro area of Geelong is a 20 minute drive away if you want to catch a movie or check out the night life.
