There is also a bedroom and full bath on this level. The roomy deck has ocean views. The second floor has 4 additional nicely decorated bedrooms and two full baths, one in the Master. The second floor deck has wonderful views of the Atlantic. The beach house sleeps 13. There is a nice sized back yard with a grill and tables. This has everything you could ask for for a week at the beach.

Six (6) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the replacement cost of any missing or lost badges.

Tenant is responsible to wash blankets if used.

CONFIRMATIN OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS
