The spacious home, completely renovated, has many versatile spaces for individual as well as large group activities. It is especially well suited for multi-generational families, groups of friends or merely large families.
Musicians love playing the Baldwin concert grand piano. Nature lovers relish in witnessing the abundant wildlife, including the birds and butterflies in the many trees and bushes and the frogs in the little pond.
Adults and children alike delight in exploring the trails and playing hide and seek in the woods. And everyone seems to enjoy eating dinner by the waterfall and meditating or just relaxing in the Zen garden by the Japanese tea house, on the deck, and inside the screened porch. Brewster offers over 48 freshwater ponds and many bay-side beaches that recede out over a mile at low tide offering a wonderful view of sandbars, clam beds, and tidal pools teeming with sea life. These beaches offer unsurpassed peaceful solitude, shorebirds, enchanting wildlife and spectacular sunsets.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
