We had two problems during our stay and both were addressed and fixed quickly. We lost power during one day but it was restored within 1 hour. We also had no hot water when we arrived. We called and someone was there to take a look within 5 minutes. Hot water heater was fixed in just over an hour. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful

Just okay
Location is prime if you’re planning to go to parks. Cleanliness was biggest thing, it wasn’t like left dirty, but it was like an over time kind of dirty, baseboards, fold up couches had junk from other guests. Kitchen did not have adequate supplies to be able to cook there, had to buy pans and such to cook for family. Furniture and carpet was dingy. Toilet leaked first day, was fixed timely. Jets on tub would randomly come on so maintenance had to show us how to turn off at breaker box. We did not have a grill on our concrete pad so had to walk to another houses grill. Wasn’t that big of a deal just a slight inconvenience. Timeshare people weren’t too pushy but I was a firm no. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

Sorry your experience wasn't the greatest. I only wish you would have contacted us during your stay so maybe we could have helped. The front desk could easily have given more pot/pans. The unit has 2 kitchens both equipped with pots and pans which is usually plenty for most guests.

Wasn’t as nice as the images posted
As far as location, it was perfect for us.
For cleanliness 2-3 stars.
All of the bathrooms had hair in the tub/showers as well as shampoo on the wall, the table was dirty, there was food stuck to the counters and the kitchen floor. Thankfully I brought Clorox wipes with me so I was able to clean a little bit. Still felt gross walking around barefoot so we pretty much lived in shoes the entire time.
The beautiful cottage shown on VRBO was definitely not the one we stayed in. We had two separate units joined by pinning a door open. I was a little nervous at first having the kids in their own ‘cottage’ but it was fine because they were only by themselves when we went to bed and I kept the joining door open. Not ideal if you have small children though!
They do actually have 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. That may have been the best part about the place. No one ever had to wait for the bathroom!
Tv’s in every room. They’re a little dated. Not smart tv’s so you can’t stream anything. Something to keep in mind if you enjoy streaming, maybe bring your Apple tv or chromecast with you.
The kitchen had adequate cooking and eating utensils as well as a dishwasher and dishwasher pods.
The pictures online showed a beautiful indoor Olympic pool….I’m not sure how long ago they were taken but it has definitely aged a bit since then.
The fitness center is pretty much a long narrow room with a bunch of outdated machines crammed into it. I went one time and that was to many for me. Luckily I found a great Crossfit box just around the corner to get my fitness in.
All in all I give it 3 stars and that’s being generous. The place was just really dirty and not what I expected. When I see pictures of where I’m going, I expect it to look like that when I arrive. It’s kind of like talking to someone on a dating website and they post a picture from 10 years ago as their profile pic. Then you meet them face to face and you’re like WHAT THE ACTUAL CRAP.
I’ve stayed at resorts before. This, in my opinion, is not a resort. There is no dining on the premises but there are some really great places to eat in the area.
I personally wouldn’t stay here again. Not for that price.

Wow I'm shocked to read this especially since I never heard a word from you the entire stay. We could have easily had the resort maintenance staff come and clean the unit or move rooms. I do know everyone is understaffed with Covid. Its no excuse, but it could have been fixed.
This was exactly the unit you booked and the pictures shown and it is NOT 2 separate units. It is a 3 bedroom home under 1 roof with a 1 bedroom suite that connects off the kitchen and can be locked off for privacy which most guests do love that option.
The indoor pool is the exact picture shown online as are all the pictures which were taken in the last 3 years.
Our other guests have given 5 stars so again I'm shocked to hear this and amazed based on your scathing review that you waited this long to vent and not while you were on the property when we could have actually helped you. It seems to me if it was so terrible you would have spoken up a lot sooner. For someone to take this much time and effort to leave this review in my opinion it would have been a whole easier to make a quick phone call when you first arrived so we could be given the opportunity to rectify the situation.
