Beautiful home in an exclusive location! A gated community with a total area of 10,000 square metres nestled between two of the city’s most picturesque landmarks: Lagoa da Conceição and Praia Mole.

The gated community features a private area overlooking Lagoa da Conceição and faces the idyllic Praia Mole. In addition to the 4 comfortable bedrooms (all with air conditioning), the house features a spacious balcony with a barbecue, three full bathrooms, a half-bath, living and dining rooms, a kitchen, a laundry area, and a private pool!

The bedrooms can be configured in various ways:

*2 double beds and 4 single beds

If needed, we provide the following for babies: a cot, a high chair, and a baby bathtub!

Localização perfeita

A casa é bem boa, tem ótima localização, fomos a pé para a praia mole todos os dias. A piscina é ótima, com vista para a Lagoa. Durante 1 semana o Eduardo teve o cuidado de enviar 2x um prestador de serviço para limpa-lá, o que achamos ótimo. As 2 suítes são bem amplas. A casa ainda conta com um mezanino ótimo para home office.

Hospedagem maravilhosa!

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Carlos, desde o momento da reserva até o check-out. Ele foi muito comunicativo e atencioso conosco. A casa é maravilhosa e com uma localização incrível entre a Lagoa da Conceição e a Praia Mole. Ficamos muito bem acomodados e pudemos aproveitar bastante um tempo de descanso e celebrações. Super recomendo!

Very cool house but some interesting smells

This house is very cool on a beautiful property. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. It's a 5 minute or less walk to the beach, Praia Mole. There was a surf competition happening basically in front of the house across the street while we stayed here and they were parking cars at the front entrance. That was cool but also made for some bad traffic, which caused us to miss our flight to Sāo Paulo (not the fault of the owner or the property--just bad circumstances). Despite the craziness of the competition, the property remained secluded and quiet. We were able to take advantage of the washer to do several loads of laundry which helped quite a bit. There's a balcony with a beautiful view of the lagoon and two suites which enter directly into the swimming pool area. The bad: there was a strong odor of sewage from time-to-time from the upper, bigger suite's bathroom. There was also a sewage smell sometimes in the 1/2 bath downstairs. The a/c unit in the bigger suite also had a bad smell when it ran. It was a somewhat cool to cold weekend and we were able to leave the windows open for the most part so the smells didn't bother us too much but when we had to use the heater one night because of the cold, it was a bit smelly. Also, though Praia Mole beach is across the street, if you want to visit any other beach it's a 35-45 min drive from here. Praia Mole is beautiful, but the waves can be big--good for surfers but not as good if you just want to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach playing around in the water. The owner met us on site the first night and made us feel welcome. He doesn't speak English (I speak Portuguese) so if you don't speak Portuguese, check-in may be a little more difficult for you. Overall, I would sty here again. It's an awesome place despite the small difficulties we encountered.

Sem dúvidas, Chad e seus familiares foram uma das nossas piores experiências. Não sei se é cultural, pois são dos Estados Unidos, mas sua família deixou a casa completamente desorganizada e suja. Parecia um "campo de guerra". Não consigo imaginar como uma família pode viver daquela maneira. Sobre o mal cheiro mencionado na avaliação, em nenhum momento da hospedagem entrou em contato para relatar, pois caso tivesse feito, poderíamos verificar e solucionar.
