Villa 32 South Shores Resort, Normanville - Delightful Beachside Villa

FREE WIFI and GAMES ROOM in the garage. Closest villa to the boardwalk and beach, balcony views of the main pool and reserve. Recent renovations update.
This villa is the pick of the lot, fully detached and offering a level of privacy that is unique within the South Shores Resort. Nestled up against the sand dunes, the elevated deck is the perfect place to sit and watch the native wildlife. Just a short walk to the grassed play area, pools, boardwalk to the lovely white sandy beach.
Accommodation
Large upstairs dining area with bifold doors which open up to the large deck with BBQ.
Master Bedroom upstairs with King size bed, walk through wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Private balcony overlooking the park area and main swimming pool with table and chairs for a lazy morning breakfast.
Second bedroom downstairs with Queen size bed and close access to second bathroom.
Third bedroom with 2 bunk beds which sleeps 4 children or adults.
*Bed Linen is not supplied. Please bring your own linen or if you wish, linen can be ordered from a local supplier at an extra charge.
Laundry is downstairs with washing machine and dryer.
Extra toilet upstairs adjacent to lounge area.
Entertainment
Lounge room is equipped with flat screen TV with DVD and Stereo player. Jigsaws and books are available.
Garage is converted into a rumpus room with double sofa bed, coffee table, table tennis table and billiard table.
Within the grounds of South Shores are 2 pools, grassed play area with playground equipment, large sand pit and private access to the beach via a concrete boardwalk.
Undercover courtyard area outside which has access to the park and sand pit close by.
Undercover courtyard is child friendly, with fences around all sides and a hop scotch area for children to enjoy. Paved areas and grass make it a pleasure to play outside.

Lovely location

The house has a good layout, plenty of space and terrific views. The location within South Shores is excellent and the proximity to the beach and town, perfect. We loved the pool table and table tennis table. The kids had lots of fun and were happy as!

Great Spot for Summer Holidays!

Love the ease south shores offers with little kids - beach in the morning & pool in afternoon.Grounds are kept lovely, Pool is huge & well maintained.The Villa needs a new BBQ & there were no bath mats or toilet paper - would have been better to know prior so supplies for each could be purchased. Other than that just a lovely place to make happy memories!

Relaxing getaway

We stayed here, attending a local Nippers training and Carnival over the weekend. It was a great place to come home to. The kids enjoyed the pool after a long day on the beach. The parents enjoyed getting together for a few "quiet ones" while the kids played. I would certainly recommend this unit as it is a stand alone and away from a lot of the other units.

2 families stayed for 1week Great location but would be good with sea views. House size very good and games room great for teens and adults. Furniture could do we a upgrade as lounge shabby. Good kitchen facilities and enough for 8ppl . Was a bit disappointed that tv was not working and apparently this is not first time.

Great location but needs attention

As a regular user of south shores, we found this unit was in need of some care. We arrived to dirty dishes, dead insects like cockroaches and spiders on the carpets, unorganised cupboards and some tired and dirty chairs. There were a some convenient things too with the games room, new bbq and plenty of cutlery and crockery, close to the boardwalk and playground. It is expensive to hire and felt it was too expensive for how tired it is.

The Location and set up of the South Shores complex is perfect for Families and for an easy stress free holiday. Plenty for the kids to do and access to a stunning and safe swimming beach. The complex is well maintained and lovely to be in. The only downside was the Villa itself is getting tired and in need of a refurbishment. Very spacious for our family of 5, but the furniture was old, the games room (garage) smelt and we had trouble with the bi-fold doors/ screens and blinds. Overall it is a good place to stay if you can look past these things.

Great villa 32, was clean and big size. Great Next to boardwalk only negative is it is too close to the kids playground. We would still stay again in this villa. Thank you to the owners and the care takers.

Very well presented clean. Only criticism is that there was no hand soap no bin liners no salt and pepper no toilet paper no dish washing liquid. It wasn’t listed that we needed to bring these essentials. We have stayed in other villas in South Shores where all of the above were provided.
