Each of the four bedrooms is designed with guest comfort in mind.

The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds. On the second floor, you'll find two additional rooms - the primary bedroom with a queen bed and a loft-style bedroom with two twin beds. The loft area is a great second living space for the kids or a quiet space for remote working. The first-floor bathroom has a shower, while the second floor offers a tub. However, the best place to clean up is the outdoor shower, especially during the warmer months (seasonal).

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The recently updated, fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, oven, and refrigerator. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, utensils, and spices for your use during your stay. You can enjoy a morning walk to the beach while sipping a cup of coffee from either the drip or single-serve Keurig machine. For those who love grilling, a propane BBQ and table set for grilling can be found on the deck. The dining table in the kitchen seats six, or you can choose to dine outdoors on the deck.

Indoors, you'll find a comfortable living room with a fireplace for cozy evenings during the shoulder seasons. The home is equipped with central air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months. A smart TV is available for your entertainment, with access to all your favorite streaming apps. We also provide board games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment when you're not at the beach.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Outside, Pleasant Chatham Cape sits on a large lot with a fully fenced-in backyard. The front yard offers space to relax on Adirondack chairs with a good book. The back deck provides ample seating for dining, and you'll have access to the outdoor shower, a must-have for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The fire pit is perfect for keeping warm and enjoying the starry nights or treating the kids (or adults) to some s'mores. There are plenty of seating areas for guests to sip morning coffee in or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down.

☆☆ ADDITIONAL INFO ☆☆
We provide many household staples to get you started – Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Soap, Laundry Detergent, etc. You'll find many amenities to enhance your stay, including four bikes for exploring the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail. This trail spans 25 miles and takes you through six charming Cape Cod towns. Along the way, you can visit state and national parks at your leisure.

As is common on Cape Cod, guests are responsible for providing their own linens, including sheets and towels. Pillows, blankets and covers are provided for guest use. We also partner with Chatham Concierge for linen services. They can deliver linens to the property on your arrival date and pick them up on your departure date. The cost for linen rentals ranges from $390 to $504 (for 6 guests), depending on your needs and planned occupancy.

The family dog is welcome for an additional fee. We kindly ask that guests treat the property as their own home and pick up after their pets. Additionally, please keep pets off the furniture unless covered. We have pet covers for couches and beds that you are welcome to use or bring your own.

Well appointed home in a great location.

A delightful retreat

My 2 friends and I had an amazing stay in this lovely property! What a perfect location for our annual girls trip - a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to a terrific restaurant! We stayed at Pleasant St for about 2 weeks. Great location -- quiet neighborhood, walk to beach, short drive into downtown Chatham. House was clean and very well equipped. Large deck area is great for reading, eating, and enjoying the Fall weather. Fenced yard is a giant plus. Would definitely recommend if you're planning a visit to Chatham.

Beautiful, well appointed home in a wonderful location

This is a beautiful classic Cape home. It is absolutely immaculate with a great kitchen (and everything you could ever want in a kitchen), a lovely fenced-in yard that our pup loved, a beautiful and relaxing patio, and 4 comfortable bedrooms with great beds. Jenn, the owner, was a pleasure to work with - so communicative! We were even within a long walk/quick bike ride to a small local beach! We would gladly stay here again!

We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay at this beautiful Cape home. The house is very clean, well-stocked and has a great fenced in backyard with patio. It really had everything we needed and more. The location is ideal, so close to the rail trail for biking/ jogging and less than 10 minutes to Harding’s beach and the downtown shops in Chatham. Month on the Cape

Our summer vacation at Pleasant St was amazing. The house came with everything you can imagine. Our host Jenn could not have been more gracious and responsive. In addition, our dog sailor told me she really appreciated the fenced in back yard where she could wander without a leash We have rented on the Cape before, by far this is the nicest house we’ve stayed at. We can’t wait to book our next time.

Quick family trip to the cape

Our family of five, plus our small dog, stayed a night around thanksgiving this year. The house was in very good condition, was clean and well appointed. Our kids were delighted with the layout and felt at home right away. We have stayed at a number of rental properties in the mid cape but this stood out for our family. We loved the cozy, comfortable layout. Jenn was very communicative and helped us very stop of the way. Highly recommend

Cutest Cape home in the perfect location

My family of five, ages 13-70, loved Jenn's home and we fit into it perfectly. It is decorated just like I would dream to decorate my own home, and every room is comfortable. We loved the deck and spent mornings and nights there either eating, reading, or enjoying a fire. The beds were comfy and the upstairs bedrooms were especially roomy. The bathrooms were clean and bright. And we made good use of the amazing stove and ovens, as well as the grill. We used the bikes several times - the bike path is so close to the house! We made some good memories here. Thanks Jenn.

Solid accommodations

Jenn was pleasant to work with and responsive. Great mid Cape location within short walking distance to two good restaurants, nice beach and easy distance to other towns. The kitchen had all the basics, living area comfortable, and nice deck with table and chairs. The downstairs bathroom is tight and hasn’t much space to set things and could use another towel bar. Linens aren’t included and a rental was arranged but we had to make our beds once we arrived. There was hand soap but no body wash or shampoo so be sure to bring your own. This house would be good for a family.

Wonderful house near the beach

This house had everything we needed to enjoy a few days at cape cod. Beach chairs, bikes and cozy outdoor furniture. We had everything we needed to cook dinner in the well stocked kitchen. It was the perfect house for our family of 6.

Pristine house in a great location

This house was just right for our mini-reunion weekend of four childhood friends. It's clean, bright, and well-appointed - a classic Cape house with modern conveniences. We spent lots of time on the large deck, which overlooks a lovely green lawn. It was an easy walk to the gorgeous beach - although I recommend driving (or a drop-off) if you are bringing chairs and coolers. The road to the beach is busy, but we found the drivers and pedestrians to be courteous and careful. We had just one question while staying there, and our host responded to my message in minutes.

Wonderful Spring Break Retreat

This was a wonderful spot for our family, having 2 kids aged 10 and 7, and a puppy. Plenty of room for all and a terrific fenced in back yard for the pup. Very clean accommodations. The location itself was very conveniently located, not too far from downtown Chatham, and probably one of the most unassuming aspects of the property is it’s close proximity to an amazing beach at the end of the road (10 minute stroll or a very quick car ride). Lovely place and look forward to staying there again.

Perfect proximity to beach and village

The home was perfect, clean and so conscientious to the beach that I could walk there every morning. Loved the quiet at night where you could hear nature you felt like you were in the middle of a forest even though you were so close to the ocean and the Main Street. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the outdoor fire pits or the dining but it’s so nice to know it was available. Jennifer knew we were traveling with an elderly dog and asked about him frequently. So kind and made sure if we needed anything to just ask. We would definitely stay here again. The home was updated, loved the modern kitchen.
